OYO Hotel Valley View TX U.S. 77

This was exactly what I would expect in this no frills price range. Easy access from I-35, and clean. Traffic noise was definitely there, due to it being right next to the interstate, but didn't prevent sleep. Not necessarily where I would stay for family vacation, but for an overnight it was perfect.

We attended a nearby wedding, not a lot of hotel choices but OYO was very clean and convenient! I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms, no dirty carpet, no dirty bathroom. Only downside is proximity to highway which can be loud, but ear plugs helped.

Right off the highway, ac is very cold and new, nice beds, new clean smell, everything was crisp and clean. Microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, new tv. Very nice, right of the highway, good price.
Recommend staying here!! Dollar general and gas station within walking distance. Will be back again.

UPDATE May 2023: We've now stayed here three times (same room each time), and our satisfaction remains undiminished. We'll definitely keep staying here for our regular trips to visit nearby family.

Perfect experience for our budget trip. The room was meticulously clean and nicely appointed with a quiet HVAC unit, small kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, coffee maker), hair dryer, and late model TV. No frills, but great for what we needed. Desk service and housekeeping were spot-on. We have family nearby and will definitely book this hotel in the future.

Very nice and clean! Right off the highway. Check in was a breeze (if you pay cash they do require a $30 cash deposit that is refunded at check out as long as no damages to the room). Bed is very comfy!! Although right off the highway, highway noise wasn't noticeable once in room.
Staff very friendly but not very knowledgeable of the area. Asked about restaurants and all I was told was about the subway at the gas station. Got on Google maps and found a lovely family owned pizza place just a mile from the property.
Overall would definitely stay here again!!

We booked on short notice. Good price considering all the booked rooms nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, the ice machine worked, and it was an overall very positive experience. We left something important behind, and the gentleman in charge graciously helped us to retrieve it. We would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at OYO Hotel! I booked a room for my fiancé and I as a place to sleep after our friends’ wedding. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating even though we checked-in around midnight! It was a pleasant stay.

For the location and cost, we were very pleased with our stay here. The room was exceptional clean, bathtub/shower was clean-no smell of mold or left-over hair, even checked the toilet. Inside the microwave and fridge was spotless. They did have a coffee maker, my only comment on that is there was only one packet of cream & sugar so wasn't enough for two people or even one if you like more than one packet in your coffee. Laminate floor, no carpet, which I appreciate because you at least know they would mop the floors and it was cleaned, unlike carpet that traps dirt and maybe gets steamed cleaned every once in a while. The water pressure was strong, had a tv with cable, ac unit worked great, well-lit on the outside and picked up, clean bright white sheets and 4 pillows for a King size. The mattress was comfortable, more of a medium firm but still soft so gave support. In fact, the only complaint my husband had was that the pillows were uncomfortable, but they were great for me- so to each his own, at least they weren't flat. If your picky about pillows bring your own. We felt safe, it was exceptionally clean and reasonable priced. Our only negative is that the Wi-Fi password wasn't in the room for us to log on, it was really late by the time we got back from our event, so we didn't bother calling the front desk for that. This is not Vegas so don't think you're going to show up here and get a 5 star hotel, its valley view tx- and right off the interstate. It served our purpose of being very close to the wedding and it's a pretty nice well-kept hotel, so keep your expectations reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

We weren’t expecting much when we pulled over spur of the moment - due to a thunderstorm we had no desire to drive in - but we were pleasantly surprised.

The room was spacious, the bed nice and soft, and the pillows comfy. The water pressure was ok, the entire room was very clean, and there was laminate flooring instead of carpet. It was nice and quiet and the ac worked really well.

The only downside - the toilet was very low to the ground which we don’t like because we are tall!

We’ve never stayed at this hotel chain before, but we probably will again.

Arrived very late, and while night shift appeared sleepy was friendly and efficient, when room key didn't work he quickly fixed it. Room was clean, appeared updated, everything functioned and hot water was excellent. Comfy beds. Only downside is so close to highway its very noisy outside. But you don't hear the noise from inside the room!

We were so impressed with the value of this motel after stayed 7 different hotels/motels/Bnb in this trip. A spacious and clean room, shower was hot with good pressure…

Always our 'go to' when we cant get our room at Winstar. Always accomodating and enjoy working with the people that run it.. it's perfect for what we need, every time. No frills but clean and comfortable!

We were miserable at another hotel. When we found out we would be in the area longer, I refused to stay at the other place and made reservations here. Prices were great quality for room. Hot shower, which was great considering the hotel i had left didn't have hot water. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pet friendly.

Friendly checkin and comfortable bed was just what we needed!

I have never had a bad experience at any Texas Inn that I have ever stayed at. As a truck driver they always take care of me. Great rates, nice clean rooms with all of the amenities I need. I would recommend them to anyone!

Accomodating and friendly. Very clean rooms . Liked the family runned business. Definitely would stay here again if we were in the area.

Stayed here one night on August 5th. After checkout I received a call from the owner Sam - they had found my iPad which was accidentally left behind. I don't normally post reviews, but its nice to see honesty and integrity. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and check in was efficient. Thank you Sam and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Large, comfortable room. Clean bathroom. Fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Lots of road noise from the highway, but haven't heard any other guests. Overall a great experience!
