Fairfield Inn by Marriott Columbia Northwest/Harbison

We only stayed for a night while traveling. The location is very convenient.

The front desk person was friendly. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and most importantly clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing after a long day of driving. The beds were soft and relaxing. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

In the morning the included breakfast was very fresh and the lady was so friendly.

All in all I would stay here again.

Clean room nice bed, towels and pillows. The breakfast was fine and included in the service. No waiting on the elevator.Easy in and out and lots of dining options in the area.
The staff at front desk and the ones servicing breakfast were
all very kind and helpful and smiling faces.

My check in was very easy and really quick. All my information was in the system and I was booked in room 301 (king size with sofa). This hotel offers free parking, next door is McAlister's Deli, across and down the street there's plenty of other restaurants to eat at. Also you can walk to the Columbiana Mall and you're less than 5 minutes from I-26. The hotel was very clean on the outside and almost spotless on the inside. The mattress could have been a little firmer and the water much hotter,. Overall I slept very peacefully, the room was clean and didn't smell like someone had been smoking. The entire hotel was quiet throughout my stay and breakfast was ready before check out. My stay was 2/17/24-2/18/24. This is what my room looked like at check-in.

I stayed at this location for 4 days. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and furniture was up to date. Each of the staff members that I encountered were very friendly. The hotel is in a safe location right next to the mall. Plenty restaurants in walking distance also. Great hotel when in the Columbia area and I will stay here again.

In a bad few days that involved horrible customer service from a few companies and a hospital stay,this hotel was a breath of fresh air.
The front desk person was Jasmine. She is what everybody in that position should strive to be.
I then wake up to a new cast of employees in the breakfast area that made the start of my day absolutely perfect. Daphana, the breakfast attendant, was awesome.She was full of energy. Just laughing and conversing with everyone as if they were guests at her home. It's nice to stay at a hotel where the employees take pride in what they do.

This has been by far one of my favorite hotels. Me and my grandparents were lucky enough to meet really welcoming staff. One of the staff members in particular,daphenna , made me feel so at home and so welcomed she was amazing. We had breakfast downstairs and she was talking with us and laughing with us the whole time she really is a peach. I highly recommend this hotel and say hi to daphenna for me if you do!<3

Clean and friendly hotel. Don't miss Ms. D''s breakfast in morning, she is awesome and will make you leave with a smile!

Rooms are very nice and clean.
But the star was the egg frittata for breakfast. And the lady was wonderful.
I really recommend this hotel.

I wrote that glowing review about this hotel even though I had one issue with my room. I have not even told the company about the issue, because I was SO IMPRESSED with everything else!! The front desk staff was nice enough, but the lady who served breakfast was above and beyond phenomenal!! Her name was Andrea (pronounced like mine) she refilled the eggs 4 times, coffee, lemon water, she was on top of it, and we kept her hoppin!! I hope others saw the tip I gave her, and followed suit!! She was amazing!! We stayed with you Friday night, and left Saturday morning. Room 412. Thank you Andrea!!! 💋💋💋

Had a reservation at Country Inn and Suites, arrived and our room looked like a crack house. Found this Fairfield at 12am after 14 hours of driving and Thank God they had a room. Very clean, great staff, smelled good and great breakfast. Would Definitely stay again!!

The rooms were nice and spacious and extremely clean. Mya, the young lady at the front desk was very professional and very knowledgeable of the facility. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks Mya🙂

The staff at this house was absolutely amazing. They were all friendly and courtesy . I would definitely recommend again and stay here if I had to! Prices were great and breakfast was always offering. Made me , a single woman , feel safe the entire week I stayed. Thank you thank you!!!!!! Rooms were ALWAYS clean & restaurants everywhere of all kinds to choose from.

The hotel was great! All the people at the desk had wonderful personalities and were great to work with. There was an incorrect charge that was resolved in a matter of minutes. It is clear they do not often make mistakes. Very satisfied with the management team and all of the employees I dealt with.

First off I want to say the young lady at the front desk was a guardian angel! I came in sick vomiting and not felling well. She offered me water and a towel. My hotel reservations were canceled from a near hotel due to miscommunication and she was able to get me in a room right away. The rooms are clean and the service is exceptional!!!! What a way to show a person who only moved one day into the state southern hospitality!!!

Had a very good experience here. Motel was very clean and our room was very nice. Staff was very helpful as well. This motel is in a very good location with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Pleasantly surprised as to how quiet things were on our floor. Will stay here again.

Wow I’m shocked at the reviews because they completely did this hotel over from top to bottom my dear sister in Christ Kelly Rise was the front desk attendant and it was so pretty and clean in there how could it go down that fast somethings wrong . I’m sure the front counter was always full free breakfast and you could get candy all night and day or cookies in the day and lemon water , tea , coffee 24 /7. I confused people somebody not telling the truth . And that’s on period .

Stayed here for first time two weekends ago. Have nothing but good remarks regarding this property. Friendly staff, clean rooms, bed was amazing including the pillows, exceptional breakfast for folks who have to watch their sugar intake, good location and check in/out went smoothly. Will choose this property again when visiting Columbia.

It is so nice and clean here. The pool is open. They have a great selection of food to choose from inside the hotel. The night man that sits behind the desk is a little slow, had to ring the bell a few times for him to let me in. A great family place.

We arrived very late and very tired. Kelly could tell that we were agitated but took great care of us. Although she was busy on phones and had others waiting, she remained calm and very professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was a plus.
