I began my relationship with Charleston property management company back in 2018. Right from the beginning I knew we made the right choice. Everyone at this business treated me with respect and always make sure to take care of all of my needs. They are always on it and very helpful. Your property will not stay vacant if a tenant decides to move out. These folks jump right on it and they have your property listed right away so you have no downtime. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone owning properties, It’s one less thing you have to worry about. Thank you Charleston property Company for taking care of me all these years.

Have been with this company for about 8 years and are pleased with everything they do to make owning rental properties less stressful. They handle all of the tenant screening requirements & any maintenance needs that may arise notifying us via email as soon the tenant contacts them. Maria, Paloma & Armando do a great job!

All of the staff at CPC were wonderful, attentive, professional , and knowledgeable!! I am selling my condo and upon arrival last night my condo was spotless and ready to sell. CPC ALWAYS HAD GREAT renters in there for me as well!! They are the best!!

Charleston Property Company is an excellent property management company. We have enjoyed dealing with them because they make everything so easy. The staff is very helpful and they have kept our property rented and in good condition.

I’ve been using Charleston Property for at least 8 years now. I had 3 properties, now just 1. CP has always been able to get tenants that pay! CP helps me make sure my properties are well maintained. But what I like best is the continuity of their PMs and office personnel. That really helps.

The process was quick and accurate! the staff was friendly and helpful! Only thing is I needed a sooner move in date.So I’ll have to live in a hotel for a week, But other than that no complaints! CPC also has an Awesome Security deposit program! Thanks CPC!

Charleston Property Company has managed my rental home for a few years now and I have always had an exceptional experience with their staff and the level of service they provide. I work primarily with Jazmin and she is incredibly responsive, helpful, and ensures my needs are met with ease and efficiency. This is the 3rd company I have had manage my home, and it will be my last. Their fees are in-line with what the industry is charging but you would think you are paying much more as the service provided is far superior than the competition. Great job all!

I was a tenant at one of their properties and the entire experience was amazing. Every maintenance request was completed in 24 hours. The maintenance guy was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even called and checked back to make sure everything was still working correctly.

The main office staff is amazing and they are quick to follow up and answer questions. When I was moving up they connected me with vendors to help me with making repairs from my cat. I would recommend them to anyone in the Charleston area.

Gretch was amazing! She was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer any questions we had! We also had a minor scheduling conflict with a utility company that she took charge of fixing and made everything work out perfectly! I couldn’t more highly recommend her and her help!

I had a hard time finding a place in Charleston that was reasonable in price, but Charleston Property Company had some availabilities and the price were great. The application process was easy and fast.
