I was shopping next store at Harris Teeter and their card machine was down at Starbucks. I came over here to get a drink. Jasmin was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable about the drinks. She helped me decide on one of the new zodiac drinks. I will be coming back. It’s nice to see a young lady who enjoys her job. You do not see that much anymore. She truly is an asset to the company.

I visited on Friday in search of a particular book they had in stock. Unfortunately, when we looked for it (the information clerks and I), it was not in the area. They were so helpful and offered to order it and have it delivered. Because I live out of town, I chose to just purchase on Amazon. Unfortunately , the book would not be available for almost a week. I had to revisit the next day from out of town, and just called to see if they located it. The clerk asked me for my information should they locate it. Lo and behold, after a few hours, they reached out and YAY!! They found it. The customer service, friendliness and professionalism was absolutely amazing. I will DEFINITELY visit and purchase more books when in town.

With so many bookstores closing, this B&N is a great place to still browse the aisles and flip some pages. There is a large children's section in the back and a large music and audiobook section as well. (I guess for people who collect records and use CD players...?)

Games, toys, and collectibles make up an increasingly large portion of the store--lots of learning toys for kids and adults.

The cafe is good. I didn't notice any difference in drink options from a regular Starbucks. The dessert choices are significantly better than at a Starbucks but with less, and expensive "regular" food choices.

Simply the heaven for book worms!
It was my first and all-time favorite place to go...
They have a very good collection of books for all aged peoples and dedicated reading sections for kids wherein You can take any book and read it for hours 😀

With so many other B&Ns closing in the area, this one is the last but thankfully it is a good one. Clean store with nice employees. A good place if you love books.

Something about walking through a brick and mortar bookstore makes my day and this one doesn't disappoint. The layout is great for finding your epic out author. The staff is friendly and willing to assist.

Nice, clean and smells so good due to Starbucks being in the same place. Lots of great books for all ages.

I've been to a good many B/N over the years, but this was my first time at this one. It is large enough that I asked for directions to my preferred category of reading material, as well as for help finding several other items. The staff members I dealt with were uniformly helpful and courteous, the shelves were neat and well arranged, and it was over all a good experience. In fact, they did not have one item in stock in but mentioned another (nonB/N) store where it could be found.

Love an old fashioned Barnes and Nobles, since coming from east coast there’s not many left where I’m from. Purchased “The Psychology of Money”.

always a good variety of books & more. Huge selection for kids. Recently bought some language books! They had a big collection of vinyls & kpop albums which can be hard to obtain in store!

The workers are a joy to conversate with. Ask about an early release books. Love my local book store

Kerrie (possibly spelled wrong, I'm sorry!) And Mae were so helpful and kind. They guided me directly to the section I inquired about and made some really terrific recommendations for the genre (The Wheel of Time for you GoT fans out there, I also purchased those books along with the ones pictures below).
No pressure, no up-selling fancy books, just honest opinions from fellow readers. I will be back to add more titles to my collection based solely on the terrific customer service and warmth exhibited by the employees here. Top marks!

Love this store...but when they change the book sections around, I can't find anything.

Neat place to read and buy books! They have chairs you can sit in while checking out books. Nice selection of anything you might want. Kind of really pricy. But nice place!

Came for the Charleston Chess Club night. We were made to feel welcome and picked up a book on the way out.

Good book and magazine selection. We take the kids to pick out books and they also have a decent toy selection. Located in a very good shopping center that includes Ulta, TJ Max and Harris Teeter Grocery Store.
