Turkey Creek Medical Center

I thank you for the staff who works during weekends and holidays. I went in for a scheduled MRI. There was no one at the information or check in and Kiosk check in is only Mon -Fri 7am to 5pm. You have to go to Emerngy dept to check in. The sign wasn't clear that after hour also covers the weekend so I waited 30 min until my appt time and I called to find out this. Once I was guided to the emergency reception desk everything was flawless. The ladies at the emergency were super nice and quick. Stephanie and Jenna, Radiology technicians were great. Stephanie made sure I was comfortable with warm blanket and leg rest. I was very comfortable so the time flew by quickly. I was out in no time. 😀

Came in for surgery on my carotid artery and couldn't be happier with the care I received! Surgery went well. The staff was fabulous! From the OR staff to the nurses on the floor, everyone was wonderful and went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I can honestly say, they surpassed my expectations. Everyone I encountered was polite, kind, and professional. Dr. Brown and his staff made this experience a very good one. Dr Brown broke down everything he explained to me and made me feel at ease. Very welcoming experience. I would gladly recommended to anyone. Thank you for a great experience!

I couldn't have asked for better care then I received. Everyone was kind, loving and caring and yet very professional. Everything was very nice, clean and orderly. I would recommend this hospital and care facility to anyone.

My brother was transferred to ICU for sepsis. He needed surgery also and no other surgeon would accept him. Daniel was his nurse the night we arrived and the day we withdrew care. He was fantastic- caring, attentive, smart and took excellent care of my brother. Dr. Rangnekar was excellent- caring, honest about his prognosis but compassionate. The critical care team was fantastic. My brother didn’t survive but we are so thankful for the excellent care he received. We were also treated very well. You can’t fake great, compassionate care and this place delivered it in spades! We can never thank you enough!

This staff was very very nice but the lady that talks with you about the anesthesiologist. She went out her way to answer questions to make me feel comfortable about my upcoming surgery. She is awesome and I pray she gets recognition. I cannot remember her name due to my stroke I’ve had, but I remember her face and she’s just blessed. Thank you so much for having good people who care about people.

From my very first contact with TEAM PATEL, I was at ease! The professionalism, compassion, courtesy, and commitment to their calling was evident from the first moment. These cancer warriors truly want to save lives. Their positive impact in my life will be cherished for the rest of my life! I cannot express my sincere gratitude, enough!

Staff was excellent. I recommend them to everyone I know. They followed Mrs. Shelby very closely and worked with her very closely. Was always there every time she would need one of them. They were very patient. Thank You so much Kelly Stephens

Consult with Dr Patel was cordial, professional and informative.

Now it is several months later, I have completed my 44 radiation appointments and can give genuine praise for the team in Radiation Oncology. It really felt like I was among caring, competent family members each visit who really meant it when they smiled and were always upbeat and careful as they did their parts. They cared for me as if I was really a part of their family.

I cannot say enough about how well I was treated, especially the nurse who cared for me in the pre and post-op department. The doctor of anesthesiology with his tone and mannerisms made be feel comfortable about getting put to sleep. I highly recommend this center to anyone needing care!

The team was excellent and I couldn’t ask for more time is compassion and of course skill. I the team is excellent. Nathan Clint Arwyn and Tana saw me every day and made sure I got the best treatment. I certainly appreciate Christine and Christina as Suzanne for the help they provided as well. And of course Dr. Patel is the best app for making sure I understood what I was going to go through. I appreciate it. Thank you. I love you.

So…got there on time. Checked in and sent to a waiting area. Called back and went through some q&a. Nurse was super. In total I dealt with 3 nurses, a nurse practitioner, clerk, administrator, and a tech. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They all made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

I was recently in the Er, I was very well taken care of and attended to just like I was family. This was on 2/23/24 and was night shift. I want to thank all that helped me and kept me informed. I was admitted and I was very sick. My night shift nurses on 2W Britney M and Nate for being absolutely amazing Britney kept me informed and kept my comfort level at the max. So thank you again for all the wonderful nurses and doctors that came into contact with me .

This review pertains specifically to one person who went way above and beyond her call of duty - Becca (Rebecca) C. R., RT (last name abbreviated for privacy) who is a Team Lead at the Turkey Creek Medical Center. Becca is one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have ever met. I had an issue with my insurance + billing and, without complaint or making me feel like a burden, she set aside everything to help me. She looped in the appropriate people to help me and did everything she possibly could to help me to resolve my issue. Becca - people like you are one in a million. Please stay kind and never change! Thank YOU for turning such a frustrating situation into a relatively (as much as it could possibly be! :) a positive one! The Turkey Creek Medical Center is lucky to have you as one of their employees, as are all the patients!

Very friendly. They made me feel like I was in very good hands. From the beginning I was afraid of the test. But the staff was great and made me feel like I was around professionals that care about there patients.

My appendix ruptured and they acted quickly in the ER. My stay in the hospital was great. I had amazing drs and nurses. The cath lab personnel was great too. Only downside was being woke up to take blood. 3 times. Which was necessary.

I was taken very well care of. The nurses were great especially Nicole that took care of me the first day I was there. The hospital is very clean and anything I asked for they made sure I had it. I would recommend Turkey Creek Medical Center to anybody

All the staff members were so very kind and caring and professional. They treated me like a family member. Everyone was so happy and seemed to love their jobs. Everyone from my physician, the anesthesiologist , nurses except receptionist had an attitude that wasn’t very sweet. But all in all I received excellent care and service. P.Webb

My mom had bypass surgery a couple of weeks ago. All the staff was great here. We didn't have one nurse we didn't like. They are all so caring and always attentive. The surgeon team McAlexander and her heart doctor Dr. Neil Barry and team was outstanding! I would highly recommend Turkey Creek!
