I needed a few things done and quickly and promptly Ms. Monetta B. Was so helpful. She was able to get all documents needed for me and even gave me a huge hug while she knew I wasn’t having the best day! She goes above and beyond for customers and deserves recognition. I love my bank!

I am now a proud and excited member of this bank. Bri St. John is THE BEST! She’s located at the Irmo branch. I needed a new bank due to recently moving, I am also selling and buying a car. Bri was extremely helpful with my concerns about selling my car. She’s going to help ensure I receive payment. She’s also going to help me with an auto loan! I am very glad I chose this bank and branch, VERY glad to be working with Bri!

David has taken very good care of us every time we’ve come in. He’s been very helpful with questions I’ve had. He makes sure that we have everything done that needed to be done, and has really taken the time to make sure his customers are satisfied!

99% of the time all bank are the same. Robotic and never personal. I have to give Palmetto Citizens Federal credit union props. Especially Kathryn St.John, wow talk about customer service, A++, she not only answered all my questions but actually went far beyond what other banks do and called me back and followed up with me to make sure I was completely taken care of.
