What i saw of the store seemed to be clean, but they have several staff members who are very disrespectful and rude to their customers for no reason. I went there not long ago to use foodstamps to purchase cold drinks, chips, candy bars, and 2 cold pizzas and have them heat it up after purchase, the lady was tall, lanky, african American with her hair up, she scoffed and was like no you can't use foodstamps here, I began to explain that I buy a decent amount of food including whole cold pizzas on foodstamps at seven eleven all the time, she threw her hand up towards my face, scoffed, said that 711 has never accepted ebt and rolled her eyes and walked away, she then sent a male to come deal with me who said he was new and didn't know the rules, he made me pay for half of it in food stamps then half on my bank card and I literally was just in the same 711 a week prior and bought the same exact stuff fully on foodstamps no problem or disrespect dealing with a different staff member. I feel that the staff need to be trained better on how to do their jobs and how to appropriately deal with consumers instead of treating customers like crap for no reason, and I'm not the only person that has been mistreated by these same staff members. Every 711 that sells the whole 711 pizzas cold (that have a oven and also sell hot 711 pizza slices & pie) have always allowed purchase of cold food products, and cold whole pizza on foodstamps and then will heat the pizza up for you in the oven free of charge, just like you can buy a frozen or cold burrito, sandwich, hot pocket ect, on food stamps then allow you to have it heated in the microwave.

9pm’ish Sunday 1/28 went in, loud rap music blasting, 2 gentlemen working… no greeting, no price given to pay, no thank you, nothing despite me thanking and saying have a good night only to be ignored. Cashiers friend who was in there got a few “n” words thrown at them, as a black woman im completely disgusted. I’ll be look elsewhere for a convenience store.

I was in there today and the line had a total of 3 people just waiting to be served ! I went to go look for a cashier because no one was at the register! I found the cashier at the slushy machine casually making a drink taking his time with no sense of urgency whatsoever! Didn’t care at all that he had a line of people waiting! Me along with another customer decided to just leave because even after I asked the cashier “is anyone at the register “ he nodded but never came! This is so unprofessional! Not good customer service at all! He could at least yell out “be with you all in just a minute” this man said nothing. That’s unacceptable in customer service.

I was just at a this 7-11 location waiting in front of a sign that said Bathroom Break waiting for someone to return. When someone did show up they unlocked door walked inside grabbed product then proceeded to leave claiming they closed early that day.

I understand businesses go through problems but leaving sign stating you will return is unacceptable.

The store was having troubles with their card machine and the cashier was being very rude to me and making it seem like it's my fault when it was 100% her fault. Seems like all the cakes and pies got to Ms. Piggies head and made her forget how to use her brain.

For a convenience store that's open 24 hours, they seem to lock the door and no one is there almost every time I go.
