I worked with Carly, what a sweetheart this is my 3rd new build home . And I have to say the by far the hardest because of the the builder. Let me tell you this girl was all over it. At AE Realty I started off as an apprentice and now working as the office administrator I'm getting to know more and more about the agents we have. I hear their phone conversations and they really do genuinely care about their clients. Everyone here is amazing we are a team that helps each other out and communicates with one another and lifts each other up. Our agents have conversation practice every morning with our broker to make them better as agents and improve their communication skills with everyone they speak with. For us it's not about the check it's about making our clients and future clients happy and empowered.

I have had the best help in a long search for a home from AE Realty. In particular, Carl and Larry, gave excellent advice, and were patient in a long search. Several areas in S. TX are the fastest growing in the country. That makes bidding, putting a deposit, etc., very tricky. It took us quite a few months as we completely changed areas we wanted to purchase in a couple of times. I highly recommend them, very professional and helpful.

Was interested in buying a first home, realtor created a hard inquiry in my credit (which was not bad 670) and stopped communicating. 2+ months later another agent from same company called to see if I was still interested in buying a home.

UPDATE: AE Realty reached out to me about the issue and apologized. They seemed professional and really interested in my needs and wanted to help out/ make up for it.

No call backs in 3 1/2 months!! No reply at all!!
Several things not completed and not repaired as told by the director of property management!
The paint on the walls STILL HAVENT BEEN DONE LIKE THEY WERE BEORE THE MOVE IN, then promised the week of. NOPE!!!
Rotting wood on exterior patio door frame in desperate need of repair.
Dryer vent out put need to be repair so our dryer doesn’t continue to need part replacement for it burning up do to poor exterior venting.
Also, our back yard fence STILL HASNT BEEN REPAIR IS LEANING AND BARLEY SUPPORTED if leaned on it will fall. That was in a extensive pet agree that had to go through to live here. This realty isn’t professional & the “ person” that answers calls at front desk is extremely clueless and to what’s going on on multiple properties & doesn’t know how to direct calls appropriately.
Please don’t waste your time working with AE Realty I guarantee you WILL BE greatly disappointed and Royally upset.

Realtor only cares about the money, We were basically sold out by our Realtor Jean Konieczny, For the amount of money we paid her on several of our properties, She should have been more responsive and have more responsibility in treating her clients better, Did not do a good job working for us ,It was all about her and not her clients.Could never get ahold of her after calling,And calling ,And would only call at her on convenience not ours and she would holler and scream at me on the phone saying I just can't please you even though she never would return phone calls.She was trying to work deals on both sides ,Which is unethical and should not be allowed.I am going to report this to the board of realtors in Austin and I will get results.Realtors nowadays don't even want to work for their money anymore they always want some other realtor from another company to do their job for them, although they are listing your property for you they will never ever sell or show your house for you.This is a Rip off !

Had a poor experience with realtor Laurie Martinez, very rude, unprofessional, and scattered brained, will be looking for other companies for my purchase definitely not AE!
