If you're looking for great food, wonderful customer service, and reasonable prices, this is the place. Their tortillas are amazing! Did I mention they have awesome drinks as well? Definitely a repeat visitor here!!

I was passing through San Antonio with my grandma and was searching for carne guisada taco. We found it at Vallarta Grill and Bar. It was delicious. The way carne guisada is supposed to taste like and look. The carne pieces were huge, which I liked, but my grandma had a different preference. But we enjoyed ourselves very much. The red salsa was spicy and delicious. The Verde salsa was not so spicy but still tasty.

I had the pleasure of having breakfast this past Thursday, April 18th.

I have eaten there previously at different times of day. The food is consistently good. The quality is high and a great value.

The staff is top notch. I say this because they are attentive and proactive

Best potato and egg taco I've had so far that is seasoned well, eggs fresh, potatoes cooked perfect, and cheese melted.

It's definitely, hot and fresh. I try to keep my visits here minimal, as their prices are a bjt much compared to others. But other than that, the food is top notch.

Their Carne guisada is pretty good also.

Have had their chorizo and egg, as well.as bacon and egg tacos.
All pretty good. Can't complain.
Their salsa is definitely worth trying. Especially the red sauce.

First time at Vallarta Grill. Parrillada for 2 was so delicious, well seasoned, so flavorful, with beef & chicken fajitas, shrimp, sausage, onions, peppers, poblano, & a plate of rice, beans , guacamole, lettuce, tomato for each of us. Hot, fresh & fluffy tortillas. Salsa was so flavorful. Ordered a delicious, creamy side of queso. We look forward to return to try other menu items.

So this place had amazing authentic Mexican food. There was absolutely a language barrier but we made it happen! Great location. Fun bar atmosphere. We ordered to go and our tacos were still crunchy when we got back to the hotel.

We enjoyed our meals at Vallarta Grill and Bar. They start with chips and salsa, which was hot and roasted. I had the Enchiladas Mexicanas, which was nice and flavorful. My dad had the taco salad, which was the best taco salad he had. My mom had the fajitas plate, which had good meat, and the tortillas served with the fajitas were hot and fresh. Also, my mom got a margarita, which she said had a good flavor. Plus, the prices were pretty reasonable and the portions were good. In short, this is a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant that I can definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and attentive, food was flavorful with generous portions. The prices were amazingly low for the portions. I'm only in San Antonio for 5 days with my family, and we are definitely going to eat there again this trip, it was that positive of an experience.

Great place to stop in for good quick drink and some delicious tortillas :) I got the chalup and beans which was good :)

Everything was delicious!
My hubby & I got the t-bone steak it was cooked perfectly. Drinks where delicious & the atmosphere was great it was karaoke night & people where dancing and singing! Highly recommended, you will have a good time!

We had a pretty good sized party. Food drinks and service was great!! No complaints at all

First time there, the food was very good along with the service. My wife and I had the enchilada plate. I would rate the dish as one of the best tasting I have had. Someone in our group ordered the asada menu item and I must say it looked very good. Next time we are in the area we will definitely need to drop in and order this menu item.

Good chill atmosphere. Went on a Thursday they had karaoke. Food was delicious and well priced. Best tortillas we’ve had hands down! Will definitely be going back. Staff was also great.

Food is great!! Drinks are great as well!! My Dad recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Customer service is excellent as well! Great place to unwind after a hard day.

This place is definitely worth it . 5 stars all the way . this is my 4th time here. Waiters are humble and willing to serve .i cant think of anything that would affect any 🌟. Highly recommended.Food is so good and fast.

Love this place! Our service was excellent! The food was better than expected and for a really good price. I had the street tacos, half al pastor and half carne asada and they were SO delicious! Very good flavor and juicy but also cooked well. The drinks were very good too..we will definitely come back here next time we’re on this side of town.

The food was absolutely wonderful once we finally got it because our server was extremely slow and seemed to not be able to multitask. I'm very disappointed that they sat us right by the restroom! this experience was horrible because of the odor coming from the restrooms I was told there was no other seating although I saw available seating on the other side of the restaurant. We had to get the assistance of another server because our server did not come back to check on us to see if we needed napkins or refills on our drinks Etc. The drinks were delicious however I'm unable to give you guys anything above a one-star rating because for me it's all about the customer service. Oh by the way, we were the only black people in this restaurant, things that make you go, hmmmm! No need to worry. I will never be back. I can take my black dollars elsewhere

Great food and a wide array of options to choose. The food had delicious flavor and came out quick and spot-on. The live music in the background was definitely a plus and the servers were friendly. Would definitely recommend!
