My husband and I had a great experience here. Daniel Torres helped us out, gave us loads of information, answered our never-ending stream of questions, gave us a demo of the temurpedic adjustable beds (which is what we purchased), and assisted us with the financial portion. Mattress Firm offers a 48 month 0% interest payment plan (if you qualify) that is a life saver. So excited to get our new bed. As soon as Daniel lifted the feet portion of the adjustable bed my back pain completely disappeared! Highly recommend if you can afford the hefty price tag.

He presented us all the options based on our needs, different brands with different price points and benefits of each one of them, presented us pricing and deals they had going on at the moment, and then allowed us to make a decision.
He didn't pressure us into choosing a certain one over another one like other salesmen tend to do, which made our shopping experience very pleasant!!! Highly recommend asking for Gene, he mentioned he also overlooks a store in North Austin.

Salesman was awesome. Showed us multiple options. No pressure at all. Very courteous. New bed is an expensive purchase so it was nice to be able to see and try multiple beds. Hopefully getting an adjustable base will be a game changer

Walking into Mattress Firm was very random but needed. My wife and I went inside with budget in mind. DANIEL WAS FREAKING AMAZING!!!! He allowed us to be wild 😜 and at the same time, wanted us to make sure we chose a bed that will fit our needs and that was in our budget! Not only did he find us an affordable bed but THE BED we needed. He was patient, kind, very informative and explained the differences between mattresses. He asked questions to get to know our sleeping patterns, which allowed us to choose THE PERFECT BED for us. I can go on, and on about what an awesome, simple, & stress free experience it was, go check them out, and ask for Daniel!

Mark and Tiffany at the Elgin, TX, location are both AMAZING!!! I’ve loved working with both of them. Mark did an amazing job and helped me out a TON to make sure my order worked out, especially when things were out of stock. Couldn’t be happier! He spent a lot of time explaining things and making sure I knew what was happening. Tiffany spent a lot of time talking to us about the adjustable base and how to utilize it in the best way possible to get a better night’s sleep. They both know their stuff.
