Love our Elgin HEB. It's little but mighty. Employees are so kind. Been going there since right after it opened. Love the deli and bakery. Ordered my daughter's wedding cake there. Came out perfect

I give this small town store so much props for doing everything they can to keep up with the magnitude of so many surrounding towns having to shop here. It is small and they are having a hard time keeping the shelves stocked in a timely manner but I do not blame them a bit. Manor needs to get on board with an HEB as well. This would help the massive congestion they deal with open to close. The employees here are always so wonderful. Whoever runs this store is EXCELLENT.

Always busy but not overcrowded. It's in Bastrop so you don't have to bring/have your own (reusable) bags if you don't want to or if you forget.

Great store clean and has a great variety of products. Would love to have more of the lactose free products from Cabot and green valley!

I had a delivery order that included a brisket that was out of stock. I called the meat department and Michelle kindly said she could make me one right then and get it to my order. She is the hero of my Sunday football cookout! Thank you HEB for your people.

I been coming to this HEB for a long time just wanted to express Lili the cashier was very sweet and had great customer service not just with me but also with the customer in front of me who did not know very well english she was very patient and helpful.

I love my HEB! Great prices, quality food and first rate employees!! I haven't found an HEB location that wasn't great.
Update - I still love HEB and fell sorry for the many sections of the state that do not have one anywhere near by (looking at you, Sulphur Springs, TX)

8 for dinner and no complaints. Everything was delicious, and the service was top-notch.

This morning, I needed a single red rose for a funeral. Jessica was working the floral section. She advised there were no singles available. I told her why I needed it. She immediately picked up a bouquet of flowers, cut the wrapping, pulled out a red rose, trimmed it, and handed it to me. She was very kind and ensured I was prepared for the funeral. Thank you, Jessica.

This is the best H.E.B. plus supermarket I've been to.

HEB's selection never disappoints. If something is available in their brand, try it instead of the name brand you were reaching for - it's almost always a better product. Grateful to be a lucky Texan thanks to HEB groceries.

Friendly and helpful always. Everyone working at the HEB are friendly and helpful. Alway have good fresh food . Wish the bakery had better selection here but it's always good

This store always has what I need! But it really could use a remodeling .

Store is always clean and very well staffed. Usually all lanes open with sacker as well. Check out very fast and friendly.

This location is one of the smaller ones so if you want to get in and out quick, this is your location. The selection is pretty basic but they still have at least a small space for all the normal departments including a sushi spot right inside the produce doors. The produce looks nice and if they have an empty spot, there is always someone to go to for more. The meat and fish section is pretty straightforward and looks clean and smells fresh. Overall, its a good store. Just don't go in expecting them to have a huge selection of any particular item. It is a small store after all.

Who would have dreamed that a grocery store would make my wife want to go back to Texas?? The staff was amazing, things were fairly priced. Get there early if you want the fresh tortillas
