They goofed and forgot a large cheese sticks, went through the drive through. Fortunately we checked before we left. They where very busy at the time. Things happen ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Excellent service! I used a coupon, and the attendant gladly offered me condiments for my meal. The food was cooked at the moment, so I waited an appropriate time. The bag contained napkins and a mint. Thanks 😊

It's one of the best sonics I've been to in a long time. I even got to see my car hop on skates, which is a rare sight these days. I love coming back to see car hop with silver hair she gets the job done and never messes up orders and has a great attitude.

I had a really good burger from Sonic today. The lady who helped me was great as well. I like to give credit where credit I'd due. People seldom do that anymore. But they sure can complain a lot. Keep up the good work Sonic. I'll be back. Thank you!

Ms. Maria, was awesome! I placed my order in the app and she brought it out quickly! She has been our car hop a few times prior. I can definitely say she is as sweet as can be and quick. She deserves some recognition for all of her hardwork and friendliness. We need more people like her in this world.

Ordered and paid via the app. Food was delivered to us quick and was hot. Our car hop was super nice and friendly. Parking lot was clean and all the car hops were busy doing their jobs waiting on customers. There's also a drive thru to order if you don't want to park in a stall. Definitely a good place to stop for a quick bite

Tori made this my favorite sonic. I'll drive the extra 3 miles out of my way to go to Elgin instead of Taylor. They were short handed and running just a bit behind, she made her way around apologizing to everyone and ensuring customers that their orders would be out soon. I understand the struggle and told her no worries. After we received our order she came out and thanked me for my patience and offered free drinks if we were to come back. That level of customer service is hard to find and because of her I will be back. In fact we went back today and got 3 shark week slushes!

There is no way you can tell me that a customer waiting 20 minutes and never getting their order taken is somehow the outcome of being short staffed when a staff member is standing behind the building talking on their phone while customers are being neglected. Same staff member had such a terrible attitude I apologized to my 4yr old and we went to dairy queen. Unacceptable customer service sonic.

Got Super Sonic breakfast burrito with an iced coffee. The coffee was too sweet for me so ordered just a plain black coffee to mix in and the nice lady didn't charge me for it. Just wish I had to cash on me to tip the carhop who gladly serves us four separate times

I ate here 3 times a week as a teenager in the late 80's, I've moved several hours away now, but was in the area yesterday. This is the BEST Sonic in Texas, hands down! Great service, tasty food, thank y'all for a great meal!

I loooove this sonic. Anytime they feel you have waited to long they provide me with coupons. Today it took a little longer than normal but i wasn't upset at all and they still provided me with not just more coupons but a free meal with my next visit. How awesome! Never had a problem with this sonic unlike all the other ones.

I gave heard complaints about the Manor location, but the Elgin Sonic is awesome. The staff/servers are nice, they are quick at making delivery orders and the location is clean (I been inside).

The new broccoli-cheddar-tots are amazing! If you have never had any, you have GOT to try these. Now all sonic needs to add to their menu is fried-pickle slices. Soooooo very good!

We're from Illinois and passing through and need breakfast. We stop and had an awesome breakfast for a burger joint. Fast friendly service was a plus. They even gave our dogs bacon dog treats.

Stopped by on our way back from a mini vacation. Food was fresh and hot. Employees were amazing with letting us add 1 more item to our order.
