McDonald's

This is not the first time I have been going to Macdonald. I do go there for delivery or to buy spicy chicken sandwiches. I loved the place and the workers. They are very nice people.

I always enjoy the kind and friendly customer service of the ladies that work in mcdonalds. Food is always good im mcdonalds

The play place here is super nice, I love to take my kids here.

Food is always good here. The service is always quick and friendly. The french fries are excellent. I like fresh french fries. Some places let their grease get old and stinky and makes their fried foods taste disgusting. I NEVER have that problem here. They always get my orders correct and they never forget to put a straw and napkins in the bag.

Start to finish was great!..The customer service team is very good.

I went through the drive thru and thought it was going to take awhile. However, I was shocked and it was such a breeze. The employees didn’t greet but I probably wouldn’t either standing out in the heat. I had no complaints on my food, I’d definitely return.

The drive-thru experience leaves something to be desired but somehow this location cooks the same exact food at every other store in a better way. I just stopped by for breakfast this morning and the McMuffins tasted better the hash browns tasted better everything seemed a little better than average. Highly recommend this location

The crew who runs this mcds all deserves a pay raise as they provide exceptional customer service, and make you feel at home when you dine here.

Very nice friendly employees. Fast service. My food was perfect except fries didn’t feel fresh but these ppl are doing a awesome job!.

Clean and staff is polite

Everything in our order was correct & tasty! I really like how they've set up with diff stations for their new socially distanced drive thru.. Basically dedicated people outside the windows ..1 for running your card to the window to pay... And giving it back. And the last person to hand you the food/bags! With all the sauce packets & straws/utensils you might want on their own table outside :) Very nice, g'job Elgin McDonald's! :D

It was the first time i visited this location. It was nice and fast as always! Never seen the way they did their drive-thru. Didn't drive up to the window. They had someone come to you for your payment and had someone come to you for your food aslo. They closed down the lane next to the building. And had people waiting on you from that closed lane.

Passing through the area and stopped for some breakfast. Ordered two sausage egg and cheese McMuffin's and sweet teas. We substituted the scrambled eggs instead of the normal round eggs. Received them correctly and in decent time considering the special order.

This location has become a favorite! Thank you McDonalds!

Its freezing cold in the play area way too much every single time we come into any McDonald's restaurant. The food here well the fries were slightly under cooked
The play area was clean the restroom was decent and not a lot of people and no screaming kids

Love this location. Always pretty fast. Never mess up my order.
