Have been here multiple times for signing and done online shopping with Pure Joy Toys. They are always kind and have always apologized if there was any delay in events. They listen to their followers and I’m so incredibly thankful for all the voice actors I’ve gotten to meet through them. Online shopping experience has also been really positive with fast shipping and an easy website to navigate!

The best place in San Antonio for Funkos, VA signings and more. Plus the staff being super accommodating and friendly make the visits such a great experience. I always feel like I’m part of a cool family when I visit. You won’t be disappointed going to Pure Joy!

Best place ever in SA. Best "small" funko shop. I say small, but they people they get/bring is HUGE. I drive to San Antonio from Corpus. It's a Two hour drive, but it's worth every cent. Because the voice actors take their time with you. You might feel rushed from others, but waiting but the store owners and the voice actors are so caring they let you interact with them! So make sure yall come see this power house of a store!

You are the reason I got to met actors I never thought I met and the option to fast pass or VIP is great for some people who are restraint for time... Thank yah so much for giving the best experience with actors then a convention would and their pop selection is great.

Fantastic place for all your Funko and trading card needs! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I go out of my way and drive around an hour just to go to this shop because their pricing is always fair and honest. I’d give this place more than 5 stars if I could.

I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best card shops around. The shop has everything from funko, comics, yugioh and vintage/new Pokémon TCG. I would like to recognize the owner of Pure Joy Ian, who went above and beyond to rectify a previous situation I had at the store. I will most definitely be recommending this business to all of my fellow friends and family. The owner and his employees are passionate and will do whatever it takes to ensure that their customers leave with pure joy. Definitely recommend going they are really nice and caring and show outstanding customer service and when they have events they are well organized to make sure that not to many people go in the store at once yes it’s a wait but well worth it cuz you get a personal experience and your time with the voice actors/actors without the crowd around you definitely will keep going back and just want to say thank you for the hard work and thank you for the events that allow us the fans to have a great experience with the voice actors/actors that y’all are able to bring to y’alls store and want to say thank you to the voice actors/actors for the hard work they do and are able to come and interact with us the fans thank you

I recently went to Pure Joy Toys to purchase some Pokémon cards for a tournament I was attending.

I found out from the owner that they also buy singles. I returned a week later to sell some older vintage cards and the staff was very friendly and fair while pricing out each card and making me an offer.

They were able to price everything out by condition and value and made me a cash offer and a trade in offer.

I took the trade in offer and was able to get some Funko Pops! Singles and sealed product.

I will continue to bring all my singles back to Pure Joy Toys due to their professionalism and fair pricing.

Love this place. Ian was super hospitable, enjoyed the banter. They have a little of everything with easily the best prices in town. Right in line with TCGPlayer and eBay - but local. If you’re a retro game or card collector, this place is a must visit.

Great little hidden gem to find a lot of harder to find and newer pops for a good deal. I found the new Vash chase I've been looking for and got it for an amazing price. Highly recommend for any collector looking for a new spot to hunt for Funkos.

My friends and I always go to Pure Joy for our pokemon cards. Out of all the stores I've been to, Pure Joy possibly has the most reasonable prices and best customer service! Everyone is so knowledgeable about their product and are just super friendly in general. Their expansion on the store looks nice and allows them to have more inventory for video games and funko pops. I always spread the word on how much I enjoy the store.

Pure Joy Toys is THE best funko pop shop in San Antonio. They have a wide range of selections and they put out new pops every single day! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and super kind. The owner is especially welcoming and friendly to all. My boyfriend and I love coming here and recommend it to anyone who enjoys funkos :)

Spent about a week in San Antonio area this was by far the best store I’ve been in the selection of games, Pokémon cards, funkos, figures, and overall cool stuff. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great pricing and very friendly was a great experience hope to do business with in the future!!!!!
