Laurie is fantastic!
She helped me take a fully desktop based process to a customized Xero process that gives me full control of my bookkeeping while on the run. She has taken my book keeping time from ~8 hours a week (as the owner) to ~1 hour. Well worth the investment... very personal service despite the fact that we are over 273 miles from each other geographically and have never met in person. I'd trust her with my dog (even though she is a cat person).

Laurie is accommodating, patient and punctual. We have a strong working relationship; something I never imagined when working solely from phone and email. I have little experience with bookkeeping and accounting and I've had to learn lots to understand as a result. I recommend LSAI.
