We had a birthday group of 20 people and had the pleasure of having Arianna for our waitress. She handled the group with ease and got all of our orders right. Food came out hot and delicious. Very impressed with the entire experience! 👏

1st night, we did a dessert date and it was sooooooo good! Best Key Lime pie I've ever had. Service was awesome & the restaurant was clean with a fun vibe.
2nd night, dinner date. So good. Prawns appetizer with bread. Unbelievably delicious. Chicken cutlet is so good! Took the key lime pie to go.

Came down here for a short get away, this was our first meal in the area, and we were blown away at how amazing it was! Our bartender was super kind and fun to chat with, and all the food we ordered was incredible.

I got the salmon with couscous, and it was delightful! The asparagus is chopped small just for anyone wondering. But all amazing!

My boyfriend got the shakin beef i believe it was called? It has jasmine rice and green beans with it and was SO tender!

We also enjoyed their mac and cheese and the appletini cocktail. Everything was amazing! Would recommend!

Great food with great views. The service was exceptional, shout out to Sam our waiter. Get a reservation. The restaurant was clean. The open kitchen was a cool concept. The bar has a great drink selection. Didn't love the creme brulee but the seasonal sorbet was fantastic.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. This is my by far my favorite place I’ve eaten during my visit to Utah!! I had the house bacon cheese burger and it must be the GREATEST burger that I’ve ever eaten. The maple bacon was so delicious (I’m not usually a big bacon girl, but the maple pepper bacon 🙌🙌 I got it medium rare & it was cooked so well. My group also ordered some chocolate cake, which was AMAZING!! It was so moist and rich, the whipped cream was so fresh, & even the candied topping was amazing too! I would eat this here many times over again that’s how good it was. Besides the food, our waitress named Toy was so incredibly sweet and helpful!

Outstanding food! I've had steaks at all of the other local restaurants and the steaks here are hands down the best: excellent meat and cooked to perfection! Other tasty dishes here are the salmon, the ribs, and the steak tacos (appetizer). All were top-notch. The food is slightly pricey but well worth it in terms of taste and presentation. Our server was very friendly and kept all the drinks flowing. Highly recommended.

We didn't know you needed a reservation at this place, so after finding this info out as a party of 8 we totally expected to be turned away. Lucky for us the hostess was extremely patient and kind and made sure we got a table (she saw all the angry kids with us and helped us out). Food was amazing as well as the service!

Best lunch spot we’ve found in a long time. I had the superfood power bowl and he had the beef with rice and we both agreed it was most delicious. Five stars for sure!!! We might even come back for dinner

Loved every moment here. Great service! Great food. We went for lunch. I had the Eggs Benedict . Best one I’ve ever had. Eggs were done perfectly. Hollandaise sauce was full of flavor. The baked tomatoes had a balsamic glaze which was a perfect addition and complemented the dish very well. The potatoes tasted good. My wife had the French toast. It was very good but very rich.
We had the key lime pie for desert. A perfect pie. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for the experience today.

I could go on for hours about how amazing this place is!! But really you should check it out for yourself!! The food, the service, the EVERYTHING is just incredible. My husband and I had the Pasta De Imare tonight and to say we were both pleased would be an understatement. I’ve been here multiple times and every time it is consistently delicious and has never disappointed. The service is five star alone Terra is our favorite, but all of the wait staff is incredible!! Chef and his whole crew always pay such close attention to detail in flavor, presentation, and freshness. As I mentioned at first I could go on and on, but definitely don’t pass up the opportunity to check this place out for yourselves.

Impeccable food and excellent service! We came here on our way home to California and it was the best meal we’ve had all week on our lake Powell trip! The grilled salmon was amazing, so tasty. The shaking beef was the best too! Strawberry mango smoothie was delicious. Lastly, shoutout to Kelsey who was a great server and took care of us for lunch! I wish we had this restaurant in LA, would definitely recommend!

The Pig’s Ear was so great that we ate there two nights in a row! Be prepared to wait if you don’t have a reservation. We love BBQ and the ribs did not disappoint - sauce and sides were delicious. I had the bacon cheeseburger on our first visit and it was so good that hubby had it on our second visit. My second night, I enjoyed the BBQ Prawns. What a great little dish with tomatoes served in a creamy spicy sauce with toast points perfect for dipping up that delicious sauce! Also, bonus points for delicious crispy fries!

Pig’s Ear American Bistro is AMAZING!!! High quality fresh ingredients packed with wonderful blends of flavors. This place is something you would expect to find in high end snobby areas. Super friendly, down to earth staff. There are so many fun dishes on the menu. I’ll be back over and over again. Highly recommend eating here.

First time dining here, we ordered the mushroom fries appetizer, the breading was soo tasty you don’t even need to dip it in the sauce. My salmon was cooked perfectly and my husbands pasta had high quality sausage. The creme brûlée is one of the best we’ve had and I had never had bread pudding before but I’m glad I ordered it. Very impressed with our waitress, the food and the experience. I was also happy to see that the owners weren’t forcing the employees to wear masks. Definitely coming back for the food!

Food is absolutely delicious and has a beautiful presentation. Even their vegetables taste amazing, and I'm not a huge veggie fan. Our waitress was so much fun and very personable. The kids meals even come with a free dessert! We will be back here again!

Excellent food—they’ve really managed to elevate the classic bacon cheeseburger. Fries and coleslaw were very good. The bartender was skilled and friendly. Overall, definitely exceeded my expectations for a small town restaurant.

My second visit to Pig's Ear American Bistro. My first visit set the bar for excellence at this restaurant. This visit confirmed their spot as the best burger in the area, and to be more specific, their House Bacon Burger deserves a spotlight in every critique's book. For me, I count it was the #1 burger I have ever had. Cooked to perfection, consistently.

The work put forth by every staff member at this restaurant is glowing gold, because this place is a gold mine for delicious food, great atmosphere, and a good time.

For parties greater than four, I recommend calling ahead.

The French Dip sandwich was amazing. The Shaking Beef was fantastic. Hours need to be corrected as it’s also open for lunch. We’ll definitely come back.

Great food! We got as drinks the Desert Flower and the Strawberry Mango. Entrees were the Maple Chicken Salad (very good, but I didn't pick up on the maple flavor), the Chili burger, and the fish tacos. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish they'd expand!

High quality food at an affordable price. I particularly enjoyed the superpower salad!
