Walmart Supercenter

I want to thank the staff from this evening for working as a team to save my life. The cashier called her manager, I informed her that I am diabetic and my sugar level is 40. She spoke to security and the women sat me down, with the assistance of another security member rushing with what was needed . They insisted I sit until my sugar level was minimum of 80. I stayed until it was 101.

Shout out to all of them. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Went with someone who has a different way of eating than I do, and we were both able to fill ourselves up with tasty food that for our dietary needs. I love that there are meat carving stations... Yum! I do wish drinks weren't separate, though. 🤷‍♀ Oh well! 😊

First of all, Walmart is the best place to get your car fixed and open on Sundays. Doug helped us get back on the road ASAP. Without him we would be stuck here. He is our hero for tonight and we will not forget his act of kindness.

It's a pretty standard Walmart. The parking lot is nice and large, prices are standardly low, and the staff is professional. I have no gripes here.

I am able to get what I want. The store is clean and the staff is ALWAYS courteous to me.

Im from Long Beach Ca, and I wish our Walmart was as cleans and organized as the one from Hurricane.

Always have what I need. They also have really good prices on quality truck tires.

I like Walmart. It's a fun place to hang with friends or it has anything you. I got an organizer box and I Love it I keep all my nail stuff in it. It's really cool. The works are fabulous. And they're super nice. Thye don't have any branded stuff. And I wouldn't buy clothes from there. But overall I like walmart.

I always make a visit here once or twice when visiting Hurricane. Well stocked, always clean, lots of choices for food, snacks, clothing, etc.... We joke and say we are going husband hunting when we come here. I have to omit this is the best Walmart I have ever visited and I travel a lot. Always clean, well stocked, nice staff, clean restrooms, staff always willing to help you or answer questions. It's just a really well ran store. I've shopped here for about 5 years maybe every 4-6mos and I can say it's always clean and well stocked.

I needed new windshield wipers on my F250. I'm a 68 year old woman. No clue! The woman I spoke to at the auto center went with me and found the right ones. Then she replaced the old ones on my truck. No small task, as they had been on there a LONG time! She was respectful, pleasant, and professional. I have always had that most appreciated service at this Wal-Mart auto center.

I recently took on the role of being my own self-checkout checker at Walmart, and boy, was it an experience like no other! Let me tell you, I was the best cashier I've ever encountered, hands down!

First off, I nailed the greetings. "Hey there, fabulous customer! Welcome to checkout aisle ME!" *insert awkward finger guns here* I could practically feel the customers' confusion and amusement.

Of course, I had to provide customer service with a touch of flair. Whenever the self-checkout machine gave me an attitude, I expertly calmed it down with sweet nothings like, "There, there, dear machine. We all have our glitches sometimes!" It almost felt like therapy.

And let's talk about the bagging skills! I displayed unparalleled creativity, arranging my items in such unique ways that bagging became an art form.

Needless to say, being my own self-checkout checker at Walmart was a blast! I laughed, the customers laughed, and the security cameras probably had a good chuckle too. I give myself a solid 5 out of 5 stars for entertainment value, and I'd gladly check myself out again anytime!

P.S. Apologies to Walmart for the minor system confusion. Who knew being a checkout checker could be so much fun and so fantastically odd!

Needed to find some items we forgot in our travels. Walmart had it all with excellent prices.

Absolutely the best Walmart ever.
My husband and I were shopping in this store and our truck broke down. They let us keep are Lance TC there while are truck was being fixed. I am happy to say I am a Walmart Plus member and will stay one for sure!

Great people watching, oh yeah, and they sell things there, too!

It's a Walmart, nothing fancy. I live in town and shop here regularly. Cheaper prices on groceries than local chains. Their competitors usually have better produce, but that's pretty standard for Walmart. Store is always clean, well staffed, and well stocked.

I am not a huge fan of big chain stores, but our Walmart is different. The deli and produce sections are top notch: great selection, nearly always looks neat and tidy, and great prices. I love the $5 you-bake pizzas from the deli. The shelves are usually well-stocked and orderly, which is quite different from Walmarts in other places, and it "feels clean." I usually get a friendly cashier, too.

The parking lot is huge, and the view from there is beautiful. Not bad for a super-sized chain outfit.

Update 11/30/23: OK, they want me to update my review, so here goes-

My view of our Hurricane WalMart has changed a little. It is still clean, but these days, many of the products aren't in stock, and one must order them online and wait 2+ days for the items that used to be a 10-minute drive away. The produce isn't always the greatest, like it was before, the food prices seem nearly as high as anywhere else and THAT hurts.

And I saw a guy in a sweatsuit and high heels last night, sooooo.... The store may become People-Watching Central like other WalMarts.

The employees in the customer service and pharmacy areas are still top-notch. The check-out clerks are near non-existent, forcing customers to stand i long lines to use self-checkout or to stand in another long line for the one checker on duty. (Not the employees' faults.)

Hurricane WalMart offers the WalMart+ membership and "free " grocery delivery over $35, but to get the order the same day sometimes means you must pay an extra $10 in addition to the grocery cost and tip for the driver. If I want things 2 days later, I'll just get them from Amazon and thus skip the tip and other added expenses. The quality of the produce delivered is often lacking, and frozen items usually arrive UNfrozen. I would not recommend the + membership.

I'm nitpicking here, though. Most of the time, our local Walmart is one of the few ways we can save money in this lousy economy.
