Giant Stag Statue

If you're ever around the area, this is one of the coolest things to see in person. It is basically the center piece of a beautiful neighborhood which also has a tiny little gazebo with a free neighborhood library. I could go see this a million times over and never be bored of it. Props to the creator 👍

Wondering if they decorate this stag for Christmas. It’s huge and worth going to see if you’re in the area.

Was surprised by this sculpture by both its size (it is huge) and location (in a residential neighborhood). Recommend seeing in person at least once. It's amazing to see in person.

The whole pool area is very lovely. The dark bottomed pool is next to a huge beautiful columned pavilion, a large bathroom area, and a colorful plastic kids playground. I think a wooden or long lasting metal playground would look a lot better with the theme that is going on, and kids don’t even care about the lack of colors! They just like to go play on it. The colorful ones weren’t invented until somewhat recently, but children had lots and lots of fun without them all those years before.

To the right of the pavilion is a pretty wooden gazebo. If the playground on the opposing side were cedar, that could have been a nice setup with the pavilion in the middle. Just my thoughts.

A basketball area sits way off behind the complex, and of course in front of the pool complex is what seems to be what this neighborhood must be known for: the Texas Sized Deer Sculpture. It’s an absolutely enormous focal point in the center of the roundabout.

I really enjoyed my walk through this neighborhood! It would be a fabulous place for any kind of celebration.

As for the neighborhood it was built rather recently. The homes are very attractive. At least one is having foundation issues, though.

Driving to a band competition and saw this giant sculpture in the middle of a residential neighborhood. My first reaction was that some eccentric artist built this in his or her back yard. I laughed as I drove through the neighborhood thinking about how quickly my wife would divorce me if I did something like that. I was surprised to find this in the roundabout.
