Lady working there extremely not welcoming like she did not want to be there.. We forgot her name but she is older and blond… this is not why I am giving them one star but because this lady took a passport pic that did not conform to the requirements… it end up costing us 5 additional weeks on top of the expected 8 weeks and screwed up our travel plans!! We had to go take another pic at a cvs and send them to the state department!! Plz plz if you apply for a passport there take a tape measure and double check the pic dimensions and requirements … one lady there doesnt want to be there and most importantly she is not competent in taking passport pictures … or else you will end up waiting 8 weeks only to receive a letter that the pics are wrong… expect another month and a half before you see your passport
