I went there recently and was able to get the help I needed from a guy who was very nice and polite and didn't mind how embarrassing it was to ask for what I was looking for. Great service robert and I will be back to this location regularly. 👍 its very hard to find good service now a days. Thank you again. Awesome service and very polite and professional attitude. 🙂

Love the staff! They are always so sweet even when it's super busy. In fact all the employees in the CVS are very sweet.

Please work on your phone etiquette. When someone says "Thank you" don't just hang up. Say "You're Welcome". It goes a long way.

The people working in pharmacy at this location are so rude. I wanted to try them out since they are close by. They are not helpful at all. I’ve called twice and both times were very unpleasant. They are very unprofessional. I have moved my prescription to another pharmacy. Very disappointed!!

Pharmacy staff are slow and unhelpful. I get my scripts filled here because it’s close to my house and the CVS app is convenient. But I hate supporting this business. The hours are also terrible. They don’t open till 10 so I am unable to pick up scripts on my way to work in the mornings.

Be it drive-thru or in person, the pharmacy staff are unprofessional, rude and unhelpful.

They don’t order or request refill’s correctly nor connect with the patient or their doc. My docs office said they’ve tried to connect via call or fax but no response.

I’ve called 6x so far over 4 days and no feedback yet.

I’m changing pharmacies as soon as I can.

Poor customer service I came to schedule a Covid test and booster shot and the person at the pharmacy counter was so dismissive. “Just schedule it online.” When I asked for his help to get a appointment to get around my work schedule he just brushed me off and told me to use the website. I’m a customer but since I’m not writing your paycheck you don’t really care about decent customer service? I’ll go to Walgreens or Walmart instead they also provide tests and vaccines and know customer service.

Every single location of CVS has given me nothing but trouble!!! Their hours posted say 10 pm closing, but they don't specify that their pharmacy have different hours. Then I try and fill my prescription at the Frankford and Tollway location, but they can't read the date on the prescription (yet I have no issues reading it!), and state they need to call my doctor to confirm. This is on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, so of course my doctor can't confirm for days when I need that prescription now! I have had people in the pharmacy behind the counter tell me outright they won't fill my prescription, and the only way I can actually get my prescription is if I argue to confirm yes I come every month to fill this prescription, and yes you can indeed fill it. I've had their employees tell me outright lies about their stock, and have driven 30 minutes out of my way just to be turned away again when I get there because they claim they don't have that item in stock. I've had actual employees hang up on me, give me attitude, etc. only when I'm trying to not waste my time driving to all their different locations trying to locate a pharmacy that has my prescription in stock. Now I've shown up to pick up my items, and this location is magically closed at 6 on weekends, when their website says 10! Had I been told that by the person who accepted my prescription only a few hours before, I would have waited and had my prescription in hand right now! This is not a prescription I can wait days for. CVS you have ruined every single experience I've had in your stores not once, not twice, and not a few times, but over many many many visits. If my medical provider didn't require that I use CVS, I would never step foot in your awful store again, and I'd make sure every person I've ever spoken to and met knew how terrible your customer service is!!! Your store is horrible! If I could give you a negative star rating I would.

The worst service I have ever received in a pharmacy, I was in a rush to find an aloe vera gel for an skin burn emergency I had, first went drive tru and the man from the window said he was not able to sell me that product and I had to go inside and look for it, then I went inside and asked another employee if she knew where the product was and she sent me to a stand where I found nothing, then I went back to the guy who asked me come inside and he sent me to another section of the store and the aloe vera was not there either.
They have no idea where they place their products, nor they are willing to really help, their employees need training on customer service, the farmacy is large and even though I went to the sections I assumed the product was and also asked 3 times for help, I realized it was a waste of time, gave up with frustration and decided to go to Walmart which is less than a mile from there, it took me 2 minutes to get what I was looking for in the Walmart pharmacy.

Something is wrong with their phones. I try calling and their line keeps going silent before it can tell what number to press for each option. Or it will just hang up on you
