I gotta say I was very impressed with the whole staff here. They do a great job keeping the place as nice as they possibly can. Super friendly and polite. The WiFi is great as advertised. Waffles for breakfast. We had to stay for ten nights and the entire staff went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible, even with the three dogs they let us bring in. 5 stars all the way around!
If you’re on a tight budget and don’t wanna stay in a complete dump, I recommend this Stay Inn.

Ever since they renew it I think it looks nicer.. haven't seen any bugs && the staff is super nice! we've been here for almost a week && my boyfriend forgot to pay one day before going to work.. they could've kicked us out but they we're very understanding && waited till 7pm for him to give them the money♡ ty♡ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved how nice everyone was the new owners are doing great. When the power was out for hours they kept up well entertained. And if we were uncomfortable they helped us move in a room more conferable. The pool was awesome too.

Booked online with special instructions which were all met and they went above and beyond by providing me with additional hour at check out. staff was knowledgeable and friendly of the area and location was amazing as access to a major freeway was closely available yet a very safe and quiet area with no road noise

Straight forward process! Got in, signed up, payed, got out, went to my room, slept! Easy stuff. Be prepared for an extra cost of a deposit of $50, in case any hooligans try to mess with the room. It's only momentarily. You will get your $50 back as soon as you check out. Got a good room for $40!

It was a nice hotel for the price! It didn't smell funny (like some hotels ive been to). The pillows were soft, the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful :)

Didnt clean r room 1 night no clean towels next day didnt throw trash wate time for waffles long. But cheep no deposit staff are super great

Great service! I was a walk-in guest but they were still able to get me a deal and a great room. Very satisfied. I felt very well taken care of by the front desk staff.

It's a low key, unpretentious, simple but a very nice and clean place. Has all the essential services. The staff is excellent and I would highly recommend it. Also, try booking directly to get good deals.

Express inn and suites has great rates in clean rooms and the people here are very nice and respectful and I want to give a special thanks Anwaar/Onwaar I forgot how to spell it but I would recommend friends and family to this motel

This is the best little hotel in Texas. The staff is fantastic the area is absolutely safe, it's close to everything and it's very quiet. The best part it will not break the bank.

Been using this place for five years . I’ve never experienced a problem . New owner rocks he’s very friendly. I recommend this place good prices, and very convenient for people going to medical facilities last stay 4-8-21 and more to come

Another place That iam appericative of the New Owners. I spoke with the older Gentleman and the beautiful front desk(Daughter) maybe when i was last there around my bday Dec 4.th and shares with them How as a old customer. I wish too acknowledge and thank them for showing care in the New upkeep i see them going through as as a customer, I wish too thank them for putting the money behind whats nessasary too make the establishment work and bring in new clientle through word of mouth not too meantion you guys constently always have the cheapest rates more so than any other Inn or suites within the seaworld- Medical center area.

It's real nice in the inside and affordable has everything u need and a place to wash your clothes u can even buy detergent at front desk and the workers are so nice and respectful

They made upgrades and is looking and feeling better. Major improvements and I give them a 5 star for effort and employees make sure its a pleasurable stay.

The room are clean The workers are sweet and mr.anwaar thank for your services me and my family love your services.
