Aaron's Touch Up & Restoration

I've had Aaron's do a couple of restore jobs for me. A full reupholstering and refinish of a club chair and a complete refinish of a Stickley Bow Arm Morris chair. I'll be sending more work their way in the future. I can't believe how good the chairs look.

Big shout out to the good people at Aaron's Touch Up Restoration for restoring our office furniture. I am obsessed with quality in my own work and hope for similar work when hiring others. That being said I was really apprehensive before beginning this project but right away I realized everybody at Aaron's feels the same way as I do, and they take a lot of pride in their craft.

Aaron’s Restoration in Addison is a great find. I bought a high end table but wasn’t willing to pay a high end price for the chairs so they helped me color match the chairs to the table and they ended up looking like a perfect set. The team over there was very gracious, professional, and responsive to my texts and emails. I highly recommend them.

We have used Aaron's Touch Up & Restoration several times, to repair grandma's old dining room furniture, replace seat covers, repair hand woven rocker, etc. Now, he is at the top of our To-Do List again today as we pack up deflated cushions on old but precious wicker rockers. I knew they worked well with wood, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he has a full upholstery shop. Have something that needs to be fixed: Give Aaron's a call.

We had been away from our second home in Dallas for about 15 years and our teak furniture had taken quite a beaten -- I found Aaron's via Google and boy am I glad! They did a fantastic job on the furniture and provided free pick up and delivery. Travis is an absolute pleasure to deal with and we managed to conduct most of our business over email --- making everything easy and efficient. Thank you Aaron's -- we now have beautiful teak furniture on our patio!

I read a review on here a couple weeks ago about how Chet was able to touch up old chairs to match them to the color of the stain. I had a very similar issue with some old chairs in my kitchen so I called Aaron' Touch Up & Restoration. They were able to provide me the same service and I am very happy I could keep my chairs instead of having to go buy new ones!

The work they did on my 1970`s 12 foot sofa and Victorian leather lounge chair is nothing short of outstanding. Not only did I get it completely restored but also met the owner to pick out fabric. Highly recommended, and for a small fee they pick up and deliver. The delivery crew whole delivered it today where pleasant and very caring and delicate with the process.

We are in the process of downsizing and moving to a smaller space. As part of that we need to downsize our furniture and chose to keep some of the smaller family heirlooms and “repurpose” them. These included a mahogany sofa table that extends to a 6’ dining table, some old oak chairs needing refinishing and new seats and a couple of bedside tables. All needed some level of repair and restoration! When they arrived “home” they had been transformed to the beautiful pieces they once were! WOW!!! We will so enjoy them through this next phase of our downsized lives . Thank you Aarons – you were fun and awesome to work with – and we love the results.

I've used Aaron's a number of times and have had a consistently good experience. Projects have included cleaning-up poorly filled nail-holes on mahogany cabinets and trim carpentry and dealing with the dings that inevitably follow a move. Techs are experienced, professional, and take pride in doing a good job.

Chet with Aaron's refinished our conference room table and it looks great. We often get comments on how good it looks. He also recommended that we put glass on the top so that it will preserve the beauty for years to come. Excellent service and quality!

My grandmother has dining room chairs that have been in the family for many years. Over the years the cane on the backs of the chairs broke down and started to separate. After months of searching for new chairs she was unable to find any she liked as much as the ones she has. My husband and I spoke with Chet at Aaron's and he said he could replace the cane on the back of the chairs and stain them to match the existing stain. My grandmother quickly agreed to allow us to take her chairs and have them repaired. A few weeks later we returned the refinished chairs to my grandmother and she was elated. The chairs look new and are exactly what she had wanted. The stain matches perfectly and you would never have known that the chairs had ever been is such disrepair. Thank you Aaron's for doing such a wonderful job on my grandmother's beloved chairs and putting a huge smile on her face. We will defiantly be referring your services.

Aaron's has re-upholstered 30 chairs for us in the last couple of years and we have been pleased with all of the work. There is very good communication about the time frame (they always beat the estimate) and the price is the price - no extras or surprises.

I want to sing the praises of Aaron's Touch Up & Restoration. I had a real problem with my upholstered bed in that the infrastructure of the bed was very poorly designed and after 4 years, the framing was starting to buckle. I didn't want to replace my bed, but I was at a loss on how to fix it. Finally I decided to call Aaron's after finding them on Google. The ratings were great, so I took a chance with my beloved bed.

I called and immediately started discussing the problem with Braxton, sent him some pictures and he was able to diagnose the problem.
We set up a time for his team to come out to my home and collect the bed - the team was prompt, professional, and polite - all the attributes you would want when trusting anyone with your prized possessions!

Anyway, Braxton invited me to the office to discuss the restoration job and I left feeling very comfortable that the work would be performed at the highest level of professionalism.

I was not disappointed. Braxton recognized the flaw in the bed's infrastructure, discussed with their in-house carpenter and built a brand new support base for the bed! Imagine that - my broken bed has been completely rejuvenated. Upon completion, the delivery team came by, set up my bed and made sure I was satisfied with the work and the bed's placement in my room.

As added kudos to Braxton and his team... my bed is a light dove gray color - it was picked up, worked on and returned with not a single fingerprint or smudge. THAT, dear friends, is good ol' American customer service. Aaron has earned a customer for life.

My wife & I are very impress & satisfy w/ the work Aaron’s Touch Up & Restoration did to our breakfast table & chairs…the staff did a superb work!! The furniture pieces are (3) generations old from my wife’s side of the family; the superb restoration & refinish work brought back to life the furniture pieces like new again, just like when they were first purchased over 100 years ago. Wow! I mean wow... I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service that Braxton and Chet showed me when I brought in my dining room chairs to be reupholstered. I had 5 of 6 chairs that needed to be re-done and I was convinced that they could not match the other one. Did they ever!!!

I literally cannot tell the difference! I was so impressed by the level of customer service and the quality of work that I recommended them to my mother-in-law. She was looking for someone to fabricate a leather biker costume for her pet schnoodle. I was not sure this could even be done and cautioned her that they may not be able to do it. Wouldn't you know it!.... they whipped up the best miniature pet biker costume you could think of. Mr. Fluffers was the envy of all of the neighborhood trick-or-treaters. Phenomenal - They restored my Grandmother's dining room furniture and chest (with the true metal trim). All the furniture was really tatered and torn including broke pieces of wood and a missing extension leaf for the dining room table. They put it all back together again and it looks absolutely amazing.

My mother cried when she saw the final pictures - as all of the furniture is at least 36 years old and she said it reminded her so much of her mother who has been deceased for 31 years. I am glad I made the investment. It is special and they made my dream come into reality.

This is a good store. They repaired my chair and did an excellent job.
