There is no place to leave this comment for the police delt but I really wanna highlight one of there officers. I had pretty much the worse day ever today and to finish it off my family and I had a blowout on our way back home to Oklahoma. We stood on the side of the road with no spare for a very long time until an officer pulled up behind us. I really hope I have his name right because officer Michael Green really helped us. I mean really helped us. He got tools out of his vehicle and he and I removed the tire together In the Texas sun. He then loaded my wife and even our dog up and took us to the nearest hotel. And stayed to make sure we were able to get a room. Look I know there’s a lot going on in the world right now but this officer just proved to me that there are still good people wearing badges! Thank you officer I wish I had some money to give you for helping my family and I, we appreciate it so much more than you’ll ever know.

Has to be one of the worst customer service I have ever received over the phone. That lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and seemed like she is very tired of her job. If she is displeased with her current environment and providing bare minimum customer service I suggest finding a new career.

Horrible I get here early at 2:30 for court and to pay ticket before everyone and sign in, just for them to split up the list of sign ins and leave at 5 o'clock
