Take 5 Oil Change

The experience I had at take 5 was amazing. Didn't take long to check and change my oil. Albert is an amazing young man. He checked my tires after he was done with the oil change. And the other young men were very nice and respectful. I will definitely be going back to take 5 for my next oil change thank you ❤❤❤❤

Excellent experience. I went to get my car inspected. The guys were all super friendly and didn’t talk down to me like what I usually experience in these types of places. I was able to stay in my car the entire time. The young man who greeted me gave me a bottle of water, which I greatly appreciated. They definitely have a customer for life and I will recommend Take 5 to all my friends and family.

Quick service. Very respectful guys and check to see if we are having any other problems.

This location has the best customer service i have ever experienced! They informed us of what they were doing and were honest about additional parts needing replacement. I have gone to other take 5 locations where they do not say a word, but recommend changing anything they have in stock.

My first visit was great. It didn't take long at all, and everyone was super polite and communicative. They changed my oil, checked filters, tire pressure and I was out.

Great service yesterday, my daughter just bought her vehicle and they lied to her about servicing it right before she bought it, luckily I always used Take 5 before with my vehicle so I knew she would get good service. Her air filters were horrible and they definitely weren't replaced as she was told but she was given a good deal since she was purchasing multiple air filters. Corey was the technician who did the oil change at the Commercial St location in San Antonio. I wish I got the other technician's name I believe he was the manager and he was Hispanic. We had my grandkids in the car too and they brought out 5 waters for us too as we waited in line before the oil change !

Corey, Arthur, and their team provided top notch professional and friendly service. They acknowledged us as soon as we drove up, gave us bottled water as we waited our turn, then thoroughly communicated with us and each other though each step of the inspection and oil change. This was by far excellent service at an affordable price lead by the two mentioned above.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

it was a good experience, the two teams members that were there were quick and efficient in their work. they were very knowledgeable and their two man system got me in and out the garage in less than ten minutes. while we were waiting in the drive thru line, one member came out and gave us water bottles and thanked us for being patient.

Awesome place to get ur oil changed, and fast. U wait in your car while your car is serviced. The crew all works together, to get it done. They check all air filters in and out of your vehicle, and the communication, with you as a customer, and also among themselves is loud and clear! Definitely my oil changing spot from now on,

Manager Raymond was so very helpful. He went out of his way to assist me in correcting an odometer title discrepancy bu printing my vehicle inspection history and Carfax. Highly recommend

Great customer service. Super nice and helpful. The guy with the red hair and beard gave great customer service. They took me as the last person and didn’t treat me differently even though I’m sure they were ready to go home.

Went for an oil change and considering that this location was extremely busy, I was welcomed with kindness, a bottled water and a smile!!! The gentleman was just a kind person very respectful and on point with the process!! Thank you so much

I didn’t mean to go to this location at first because it was 10 minutes farther than the closest one I had, but the customer service was great and the guys did a great job with my oil change, made sure to give me recommendations for my coolant and checked all my filters to make sure I didn’t need a replacement. I also got a fantastic coupon for $10 off from internet that made it even better ☺❤

I was out of town and looking for a quick oil change. These guys were so nice and polite! They did an excellent job and gave me all the information I needed without trying to upsell me. It was very convenient that I could stay in the car with my child while they serviced me. I recommend 100% thanks guys ☺

Alfred did great with communication, all the workers had great communication amongst each other and worked as a team, I hardly leave reviews but Take 5 oil change on commercial did such an amazing job, keep up the good 👍🏽 💯

Been coming to this take 5 for a while now and it's always an enjoyable experience! All the technicians are very knowledgeable, super cool, and chill!
They always offer you a nice cold water and a hefty discount.

The guys were super chill and helped me with what i needed ,offered water and apologized for the wait time. Arthur was helpful with trying to reset my oil light and assisted with any other questions i had. :)

I have been a loyal Take 5 customer for three years now, the service has always been good. My last Oil Chance was done at a different location and let me tell you the team at this location had the system down, I mean they were in sync with letting it be know what was being done. The safety measures were on point and very top notch. I think I found my new location to get my service done. Thank you to Alfred and the crew at Take 5 on the South Side San Antonio off Commercial and Highway 35!

Went in for a fast oil change they are fast and keep you updated step by step as to what they are doing they also have coupons you can use. Stay in your car they update you with other services need to be done on your car. They give you water while you wait they also do the state inspection!!!! Great crew
