Me and my friends were looking for a used nissan and we came across an ad on offer up for a really good price and we called him and asked if we could see it at 8pm that night and he stayed open for us and one of my friends is a mechanic so he was with me to check the engine, oil and test drive it. He even said this is a car worth triple what they were selling it for and I bought it within 45 min. Very good place to purchase a used car. They take care of their vehicles and keep them clean and well maintained. I will come here from now on to purchase any future vehicles

After my car was rendered a total loss, I only had a certain amount of money and time to find a car. My mom originally reached out to AR1 about a 2009 Toyota Matrix they had for sale. They waited with my mom at their 2nd location (off Heubner) as I got off of work and stayed late to let me test drive it. The car was well taken care of, clean inside and out, and ran great. I had to turn in my car rental the next day and did not know how I would get from the car rental agency to AR1 to finish the buying process. Marr volunteered to pick me up in the Matrix and take me to finish the paperwork at their 1st location on Grissom, which i think is amazing customer service!! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly, professional, and understanding. I highly recommend coming here for a great used car and excellent customer service!

Alex was amazing to work with! We contacted him in the morning about the vehicle we were interested in, and since we would be coming in from out of town he generously held the vehicle for us for the day so we could take a look at it in the evening. Not only was he completely up front about the issues with the vehicle we were purchasing, when it developed a small issue before we came to look at it he had it taken to his mechanic to fix. We met with the mechanic at his shop, who was also wonderful. If you are looking for an honest, upfront dealer I highly recommend AR1 Auto Group.

Update: When we met with the mechanic he let us know that he was replacing the radiator, which he did not. Within a week we had to replace it and other parts to the cooling system. Additionally, the vehicle turned out to be a salvaged title, which we feel should have been disclosed prior to purchasing the vehicle. I was impressed initially with AR1, but wouldn't suggest buying a vehicle without getting a report on the VIN number first.

Went last Saturday to purchase a car. All was well when I took it out for a spin went through with everything paid him and We hit the road back to our hometown we got to junction and we noticed there was oil all on the side of the car and smelt burning he told us there’s nothing wrong with the car that the burning smell was the spray they had put on to make the transmission and all that look clean and brand new and we believed him ,but the actual problem was my car spilling all the oil so please if you do decide to get a vehicle from here I recommend you to bring your own mechanic or please triple check the vehicles I love the car and it called my attention but I wish I wasn’t lied to the day I gave y’all my money and signed the papers😃.

We bought a 2010 Chevy Impala about a month ago & we were shown a CarFax that it was maintained and in good condition. Now we are wondering if it was the CarFax for that actual car because they refused to print it out for us but just showed it on the phone. We have had nothing but problems.
1. Rear window cable broken
2. Glove box fell out
3. Headlights very dim
4. Overheats
5. Everything leaks
6. All fluids were low or empty

We paid $5000 for this car for our 16 year old daughter. This car is not safe enough for our daughter to drive.

Sad this is - we were return customers as our son bought his first car here. We got ripped off and sold a piece of garbage & are now out $5000 because it’s not even drivable within a month of owning it.

We’re angry!!!! Never going back & never sending anyone there.

Y’all have been warned! Don’t do it!
