I could not have been happier with my experience here! Mark is a great and very accommodating manager. Always a joy to talk to and helps out customers as much as he can. I needed a bigger unit once my movers showed up and agreed the space I rented was too small. The process to get me into a bigger unit was seamless and fast. The entire facility was clean and had hand sanitizer available at every doorway. I would definitely rent here again!!

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and positive attitude of Evonna! She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I highly recommend this location and that staff member in particular! When I went in there the other day, I overheard a very negative and angry customer speaking so rudely to Evonna about things that are just out of her (and any employee's, for that matter) control. Evonna handled it well, and with courtesy and professionalism, deescilated the situation, and left the customer satisfied!
She then, went on to help me out and did such a wonderful job! I can't thank her enough! I will definitely be recommending to all of my family and friends!

Ms.Terri was super helpful, kind and I never felt rushed. Every question I had, she knew the answer. I will be renting a office space in the New Year, and I have full confidence, this will be a awesome fit for my business. The staff have been quick to respond to my questions, even during holiday hours, they have given their time to help me. What a rare an wonderful company. The rent per sq foot is fair, the facility is well kept and like I said Ms. Terri was awesomeness!

I needed to find a storage unit after my mom passed away and the staff was amazing at this location!!!! Mark, the manager, was super friendly and onsite when I went in. Lindsey was the person i worked with and that helped me out with my unit. She was beyond amazing. Answered all my questions and even worked around my work schedule to get me my keys. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am in the process of moving away from the area and needed a space to store a few of my belongings during the staging process. I went to Grissom Road Business Park and was blown away! The manager was friendly and professional in helping me select the size that was perfect for my needs. The leasing process was quick and easy and since I got climate-controlled storage, I got to take advantage of their special! I got 2 months FREE!
