Granado Roofing is outstanding! They completed a major repair to our concrete tile roof. Additionally, Granado discovered a couple of areas requiring decking replacement and painting. The veteran crew is second-to-none! Robert Jr., is very customer-focused. Fair pricing and superior workmanship are Granado's forte!

I have now used Granado Roofing twice for repair to my 30 year old tile roof. Given the intricacies of tile, I researched many companies before settling on Granado. From the professionalism exhibited in the investigation stage of the roof to the completion of the repair, I have found Granado Roofing to be superior in talent and quality. Around the latter part of summer 2023 my home and family were in a serious situation from extensive roof damage from the Raccoons. Granado Roofing does more than roofing. I was referred to Granado by a friend and didn't know they could do general contracting or interior work. Well, they exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the repair of my sheet rock damage and the interior paint transformed my living room, with precise color matching and flawless execution. The team's professionalism were top-notch throughout the project. They also did some external trim repairs, the craftsmanship was also excellent. They were punctual, efficient, and communicated effectively. Pricing was fair, considering the quality of materials used and the expertise demonstrated. I called Granado Roofing and the owner, Robert who was very professional, knowledgeable and informative right from the start on the phone. We had a leak in our roof and he went out of his way to make time in his fully booked schedule and came out to see it very quickly. We had already had several other companies out with outrageous estimates and each roofer said it needed to be fixed differently and seemed like they were making it a bigger, more complicated project than I thought it was, which is why I called Granado roofing after someone referred them to me. Robert’s solution to repair the leak was simple and so obviously the best way to fix it after he explained it to us, and therefore so much less than the others estimates. It’s really disappointing that I had 3 other roofing companies come out and they all made it out to be so much more complicated than it needed to be and cost so much more money and I just knew that couldn’t be right. Robert is an expert in his field and examined the situation and found the best and most cost effective solution. He was also able to give an estimate that same day, which again was much less than the other 3 estimates we had and able to schedule his father to come out that Saturday, which was amazing! They were very both very punctual, professional, constantly communicated where they were in the project, showed us pictures both before and after, and completed the project on time too. After they were completed, I showed some concern about how do we know if the leak was truly fixed and I was hesitant to wait until it rained, since I still had to repair the inside ceiling. Robert and his father continued to go above and beyond by leaving and coming back quickly to preform a water leak test. It passed of course, with flying colors! No more leak! They don’t typically preform that test with the type of leak we had, but because I was so nervous and didn’t want to repair the ceiling until I knew it wouldn’t leak again, Robert and his dad went that extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and completely satisfied! It was so nice and refreshing to work with a company that does such good quality work and still believes in consumer service. Especially once they were already paid, which they already were, and still left to go get what they needed to preform the test, invest more time & energy like that. They did an amazing job, were very detailed in both their explanations and work. They were considerate and even though they were busy, they went the above and beyond every step along the way, from start to finish! I highly recommend Granado Roofing! Thank you so much for doing a great job and saving us so much money! I would definitely call them again, if needed!

We had a last minute tile roof leak days before closing. Robert was able to pinpoint the problem area and schedule the repair work that was acceptable to us and the new buyers. Very professional, spells out in detail the repairs needed in the estimate and warranties his work too!

I noticed Granado Roofing repairing a metal roof down the street from me. I had some recent damage from a rainstorm due to a failing concrete tile roof and asked them to inspect. Mr Granado Sr came by and looked things over. It was obvious he was very familiar with concrete tlies, proper underlayment, and proper batten installation. He took photos and said his son would be in touch with an estimate. Robert Jr was in touch with me quickly, we exchanged photos and other info via email and I had a very fair estimate fast. We agreed on a contract and started quickly. It was only a 2 day job but involved extensive tile removal, decking repair , and even some rafter and fascia repair. All went very well, job finished on time and done very well. Communication with the Robert Sr and the field crew and Robert Jr on the business side was great. We did a bunch through text and email and that made it easy. Subsequently I found a couple of other leaks/fascia rot that I'm going to have them repair. This was a professional transaction and I'm hiring them for additional work. If you are looking for a good roofer with experience in tile, I recommend Granado Roofing.

Granado Roofing has helped me twice; first to add shingles that were missing on a house I recently bought and then again a few months later after a bathroom vent going to the roof collapsed. Robert Jr. came out soon as I called him about the roof leak and put a tarp down as it was about to rain that night and the following. Within the next few days, Robert Sr. came out and replaced a section of roof that was damaged. Very professional company who are efficient and seem to care about their customers. They came out quickly to do the estimate then scheduled the work for a couple days later. Techs arrived ahead of appointment time and got right to it. Completed the work and cleaned up after.
