The work was done on 30 Mar 20. Luis and Jason were the techs. What I witnessed was a team that demonstrated expertise, knowledge and experience. Also all five of the highlighted descriptions were all definitely there. They were always very willing to answer any questions that we had. This team (Luis and Jason aka Team Luis Jason) really ROCKED in my option. Thank you for your most excellent work in locating the leak. Now the meter only runs when we need it to. 5 STARS TO THE TEAM AND THE COMPANY THEY REPRESENT!!!!

I have used CPR PLUMBING many times and they even corrected mistakes that another company made!

I am concerned that CPR's excavation crew may not have completely backfilled the 37ft tunnel they dug out under my bedroom. The supervisor told me the backfill was a two-day maybe more job, it was done in 4 hours. I already had foundations problems but they were minor. Now I am having bad foundation issues in my bedroom. I attribute that to the tunnel not being completely backfilled. I went in person to speak with the owner and he completely talked over me, would not hear me out and told me to see myself out. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I asked a structure engineer if this was a possibility and he assures me it is a very big possibility. So now I have to pay (I am on Social Security income only) someone to research that backfill for me so I can sue this company. When they left after 4 hours I brought my concerned up to the supervisor and he said "that won't happen", and the owner was not helpful in that aspect. My insurance paid them $12,000 for this repair and I live in fear that my bedroom may collapse on me. So, no this is not a good company. Stay away from CPR Plumbing. Buyer beware
