Life Storage - San Antonio

Walked in was greeted by Liz very very helpful knows her job. And I HOPE you all are treating her right. She is very good at her job she answered the phone which would have drove me nuts, But the fact she treated each customer with her knowledge kindness and attentiveness. I hope y'all keep more employees like her She was refreshing.

So I was looking for a storage place and came across life storage online I made a reservation and came in to view the space after speaking to Sonia and needing to change my occupied reservation size I was able to view and choose from the one that fit my needs and Sonia was such a big help everything was a breeze and didn’t take long at all. Thank you so much Sonia. Property was clean and storage was new, Because of her I will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent worker's, Rachel really helped me out and got everything taken care of...I was really surprised how fast she helped me out and called me back.

They are very friendly and helpful,making things easy.and fast.

Ruben is very knowledgeable and respectful. He talked me through the unit size and pricing options so I could choose the best solution for my business needs. A much easier process than the orange storage locations. 10/10 would recommend Life Storage!

I had some trouble with the door on my unit and Ruben stopped everything he was working on to run over and help. These guys are really great. That old fashioned customer service is still around 🙂

This is my first experience renting from Life Storage and it was a very pleasant & easy experience. Not only were all the employees very friendly but the Manager, Ruben, is very professional & efficient!

Ruben totally made my experience to sign up and get me on my way to move a 16ft truck full of my stuff. It was a long day for me and having to move alone can seem never ending.

I felt safe and confident my things would be watched over under Ruben's management and his team! Any questions I asked were answered & answered in a polite manner.
