The next day, a technician arrived to take accurate measurements, and the glass was installed at a time convenient for me, even arriving sooner than expected. Absolutely wonderful experience - we had both new and old/antique pieces of furniture that needed glass tops in order to protect them and Glass Guru saved us SO much time and made the process incredibly easy. They sent someone out to give us a quote, they came back out to get exact measurements and drawings and they delivered and installed all the pieces perfectly. Thrilled with the result and it really made a difference with the furniture pieces. We will definitely be return customers - if you have any glass needs, look no further!

The girls in the office, the young man that did the estimate and the installer, all of them, very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, polite, and helpful. It’s a no frills type of office in an industrial park but what they lack in interior design they make up in spades in customer service!

Josh came out and gave us a proposal for our mirror frame. We agreed to have it done, he had his guys pick up the frame the same day. My husband and I were very impressed! Not only were they fast but the quote was very reasonable. A week and a half later they came out and installed it on the wall for us. It looks amazing. Thank you glass Guru.

We had a great experience with Glass Guru of San Antonio! I spoke with Lauren who scheduled the appointment to have a quote made for my windows and also kept me informed during the entire process. The representative showed up right on time and gave me an estimate. The windows were ordered and were ready in less than a week. Highly recommend this company. Lauren, Josh, and the 2 techs who did the actual installation once the glass came in made a stressful situation of a sudden shattered patio sliding glass door a breeze! The replacement of the glass panel was done quickly and without incident. Overall the job was done well and was affordable. Highly recommend!

We had two new windows that our kids had broken when playing catch. Glass Guru was fantastic at communication through the entire process. They were able to replace just the broken pane of glass. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and respectful and they were on time for each appointment.

Amazing service! We had very large, double-paned window glass replaced and another window resealed all leaving original frames intact. Perfect results, very reasonable cost, great people to work with. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service, communication from these guys. They were able to resolve my issue quickly. It just wasn’t replacing glass but the reasons the shower glass broke.. Their communication and professionalism is absolutely outstanding. Great service techs, great estimators, and the job was done extremely well. Could not be happier.

Only folks I use for my glass needs. They are very professional, courteous, and know their stuff. Reasonably priced and they show up on time! Window replacement they did looks great and the other one they fixed to open properly works better than ever!.

Josh did the estimate. He was professional and efficient and clearly identified my needs. The installation team arrived on-time, were very professional and had the job completed, including cleanup in 30 minutes.I would not hesitate to use them again.

This place is amazing they came to the rescue really fast had 2 broken windows and they saved the day with great prices and great customer service. I highly recommend! Give them a call and Lauren and Rebecca will help you they are awesome so was Joshua and the guys that came and fixed the windows, failed to get their names but they did awesome they we really fast and cleaned up any debris it was great.

Consummate professionals! I was a little concerned about the home improvement store letter stuck to the door at the no-frills sign was no signal of how great their work is. Needed a new mirror cut for a dresser not only was the pricing fair but they were able to complete the work earlier than expected. Highly recommend for any of your glass or mirror needs.
