Had a really good haircut with this team. $17 with taxes included. I gave a generous tip and suffice to say I will be a long term returning customer.

Usually when I get a haircut at other salons, I’m disappointed somewhat with the outcome. But here, they’ve given me two really great bobs that I’ve been confident to rock. The first time Wei Wei Xia (I think) cut my hair and he speaks English pretty well. I showed him a picture of a long bob and he did a wonderful job and gave me pointers on keeping up with the style.

The second time, I came in for a trim a couple of months later and had another hair stylist. I wanted to keep my hairstyle, but she ended up leveling my hair instead of keeping the long bob. By the time I noticed, it was too late. But that was my fault for not communicating it clearly. I’m still happy with the bob. For the quality of the cuts, the price is way better than other places.

My aunt scheduled an appointment with Susan and Selena for highlights for my sister and I. Each took 2 hours for haircuts, highlights and hair wash. The ladies were really nice and did a wonderful job with the highlights. The ladies speak Chinese, English and Cantonese. My sister and I’s total was $180. Will come back again!

Don't judge a salon by it's looks! The staff are friendly, helpful, and speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese so they are able to serve a variety of population. For women with long hair, the price is around $20-23 which is super affordable. Will definitely come back in the near future.

I went here last weekend. The staff is very customer friendly and they did a good haircut. The only downside is that the staff doesn't seem to know English very well. So I showed them a couple of pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and they cut it accordingly.

I've been coming to Jade salon for years. They have great hair cutters! It's sad that the price is increasing every year. When I first started coming it was $17 for women with long hair. Now it's currently $20-22 for women with long hair. Although I do realize this is still considered an incredible deal for a hair salon, I'm just being stingy. Either way, I love coming to jade's salon and I intend to continue coming for years.

Been coming here since 2014, since being Asian it’s hard to get people to cut my hair properly (I tend to always somehow end up with a bowl cut when I go to other places). I can say that everyone there knows what they’re doing. I don’t speak Cantonese but they all know mandarin and English as well. Very friendly and they always seem to know the order for people even though there’s no sign in sheet. Great place to go for sure.

Haircuts are right on point, and had been for the last 15 years for me and my children. I see people complains only because they are difficult persons and angry the moment they walk in. Our family are happy with them since day 1.

Since my favorite hair stylist left town I tried this one based on a old friend's suggestion. I was very satisfied with the service and wish I had tried it much earlier. It's particularly a very comfortable salon for people of East Asian Origins because it just had that particular cultural atmosphere, laid-back, homey, and delicateness

Have been going here for years, I always have one of the twins cut my hair and they cut an excellent bob. And it helps that they speak Cantonese too! But the younger people don't do as good of a job, my brother and my husband's hair did not look very good, they need more training

Super haircut! Was greeted immediately, he listened to my request, and did a fantastic job. Then I received a shampoo and scalp massage. The prices are extremely reasonable. I'm definitely returning!
