Really great and well maintained facility. Had an overall pleasant experience in my 2 years renting a storage unit from them. The only downside was 3 price increases on my unit in that span of time. About 35-40 dollar increase from my original renting price to my ending renting price. Other than that, zero complaints. Very nice and extremely helpful staff as well! Definitely recommend using them for all your storage needs. 💯

Extra Storage Space has been an amazing, safe and clean place to store all of my life's "treasures!" Sammy, the manager, is wonderful...always working to keep things clean and comfortable, but still having time to chat each visit. Sammy's customer service/work ethic assures us that we made the right choice with Extra Space Storage years ago.

We're to even begin. I needed a storage facility asap due to personal reason's. Your employee by the name Sammii took care of me. She provided excellent customer service, spoke with great customer, was very respectful and makes sure I got everything I needed. My transaction was smooth and fast just what I needed to be in and out. Thank you Sammii for every you did for me. I will definitely recommend you and this location for future services for my friends and family.

So far the place looks amazing.. Very clean and the one thing I’ve noticed the employees are walking around and for me it detours people from snooping around. Great security system from what I see they’re pretty much in every corner gates are always locked. Doors are always locked. Definitely makes me feel a lot better about leaving my stuff and not having to worry about somebody busting into your storage.

This was a super easy process to rent our unit. The price for controlled climate can’t be beat. The unit was very clean as well as the common hallways. Caitlyn was anmaIng a very helpful.

Fast and easy process. Sammii is great. She answered all my questions, showed me the units that I was interested in and took great care of me throughout the process.

Very professional experience. All areas were clean and tidy. Staff was very kind friendly timely and knowledgeable. Storage was easily accessible with very reasonable 7 days a week access hours. Blessings!!

We’ve been renting here for 2 years. They keep the place nice and clean. I can appreciate that this is done so that the facility remains a good place to rent. They have rules in place to keep it that way.

That being said the young man Shawndo (who put a low review) who was sadly in a poor living situation brought his troubles to the mini storage and was breaking the rules. I informed him that he needed to get his things cleaned up before the management came or they wouldn’t be happy. While speaking with us he shared what he had been doing the past 12 hours or so which was clearly against the rules and illegal. We did buy him something to eat & drink because he hadn’t eaten or had anything to drink except a little water. However, we don’t condone his behavior and as a result of his actions after we left we shared what we knew.

I just happened to be calling in to close out one of the several units we have there that we were going to empty.

Office staff keep doing what you’re doing. Yes, you’re strict with good reason. The reason is you’re doing your job! I applaud you! Have a blessed day!
