Customer service excellent! Very helpful, even went out of his way to go get some more screen protectors and at that he threw in a free case. Then the lady rep gave my husband n daughter water. They made my afternoon so happy.

I was having issues with my mobile data connection and had called customer service several times and was unable to get it resolved. So i came to this store and in 5 minutes Rahim from Makani Group LLC solved my issue with no problem. Great customer service, Thank you again Rahim!!

Out of all the places I've gone to this metro is the all time best and my favorite the 2 men and lady that work there are so very helpful and kind customer service excellent . & Jay I think that was his name he was very helpful and answered all my questions thanks I love my new new phone and case . I so would recommend this metro pcs . And thanks for fixing my phone .
