Twin Hammers Roofing & Contracting

I hired Twin Hammers Roofing for a roof replacement for a commercial building. Ryan Stewart patiently and thoroughly explained my options. After choosing a metal roof, Ryan presented a proposal. After considering proposals from others, I chose Twin Hammers' bid. The work was done promptly. As I was out of town, Ryan efficiently kept me informed of the progress. Christian also provided helpful information. The final invoice reflected my understanding of the original proposal. The roof is new but based on my experience to date, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and quality work of Twin Hammers and highly recommend it for roofing services.

We had our roof redone last summer after a hail storm totaled it. I'm writing the review now because I just recently received a follow up call from Ryan asking how we were liking the new roof. I had met Ryan previously and gave him a call hoping he could help since I had not been able to find a roofing company where I live. Thankfully Twin Hammers was able to travel over an hour west of San Antonio to fix our roof. Ryan and his team handled everything with our insurance company and was extremely professional. I appreciated that Ryan always returned my calls and didn't get annoyed with the hundreds of questions we had for him. He's a super friendly guy that explained everything well and made sure we were happy with what we had chosen. There are a lot of roofing companies to choose from but Twin Hammers has some of the best customer service I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Roof was pretty badly damaged after a storm. Chris from Twin Hammers was quick and accommodating to my schedule. Got the place looked at and worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced and the windows repaired. Even helped me navigate how to work with insurance companies. Good people and very professional.

Earlier this month I called Twin Hammers and spoke to Christian about having a roof leak at our house. Ryan came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. He tarped the roof and their team completed the repair the next day. I was impressed with the whole team’s friendliness and prompt service. They were professional and I will be calling them for any future roof issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have nothing but great things to say about Twin Hammers Roofing! They responded to my inquiry about getting a roof inspection and were able to come out that same day and look at it. They explained the insurance claims process and have answered any questions I've had patiently and respectfully. Once the insurance was sorted, our roof was scheduled to be removed and replaced, which was done all in one day! Their workers were awesome, and did a great job not only on the roof itself but the clean-up as well! We are incredibly pleased with the roof and can't recommend Twin Hammers Roofing enough to our friends and family.

After having an actual insurance representative "inspect" my roof, Daniel with Twin Hammers got the job done right! Daniel was hands on and inspected my roof and told me I had a hole in my roof. Insurance representative failed to disclosed but they were kind of enough to deny my claim. Long story short Twin Hammers crew came in early to start the job and were done by noon. The crew cleaned up nicely front and back of yard. The foreman on site was nice enough to
also let me see my new roof via drone when done. My roof looks fantastic and durable. Definetly would recommend Twin Hammers Roofing and Construction to anyone!

Ryan Stewart met with me and true to his word Twin Hammers did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it, at a very competitive price. Ryan responded to all my questions ( and there were a lot) same day ( even Sunday) and kindly. He made many trips out to check work and be certain I was satisfied. I was looking for a full roof replacement. Did my normal shopping and decided on Twin Hammers. A big factor in that decision was Ryan. I wasn't on his schedule and he made time to come see my roof the same day I called the office. He gave me several options and price quotes with each option. He didn't try to up sale me on anything and was patient. He was easy to get in contact with before, during and, after the project was completed. He was friendly and professional. The roof and gutters came out amazing as well. Big thanks to Twin Hammers and Ryan.

I had a recent small hail storm at my house and I wanted someone to inspect my roof to make sure that there was not damage that needed repair or replacement. Ryan from Twin Hammers roofing came out and inspected my roof.

Ryan showed up for our scheduled appointment on time, was courteous and very knowledgeable in our discussion about my roof. While his assessment did not indicate a need for any present work, I will definitely keep him and Twin Hammers in mind if that day should ever arrive.

Twin Hammers did an absolutely incredible job installing our new stone coated steel roof after damage from a hail storm. We get a ton of compliments on it because there’s nothing like it in our neighborhood. A huge thank you to the owner Chris who worked very hard to help us from start to finish and for having an amazing company that is very professional and trustworthy. I am thoroughly impressed with the work that Twin Hammers did. The new roof they put on is a huge improvement over the previous roof, but what really impressed was I called them a year a ago for storm damage repair and they honored their estimate a year later with no increase in the price quoted.

They were as professional as can be. Daniel gave me a timeline of what to expect and when each part of the process would occur. Sure enough the workers followed through with the scheduling even coming an hour early to start setting up for the day.

All in all I would recommend Twin Hammers to anyone. The are the best that I worked with in roofing by far.

This is the most amazing company I have ever encountered! Christian and his team replaced the entire roof of my mother's house in 8 hours. They did this after my mother's house was completely destroyed by a crook contractor. The twin hammers team was so kind and respectful. They worked hard, did an amazing job and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I will be forever grateful to them for their hard work and the beautiful roof they left my family with.

We had such a fantastic experience with Twin Hammers! Daniel Slater helped us so much by doing an initial inspection of our roof then met with our insurance adjuster to get our roof claim approved. He walked us through the entire process and our roof turned out so beautiful. The workers were very quiet while working. They finished the same day and picked up after themselves nicely.
