After a frustrating experience trying to service my Volkswagen elsewhere, I called JM Automotive to make sure I could have my vehicle towed and not be shocked with hidden diagnostic fees and random charges like at the dealer service center. Juan was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole experience and I knew immediately I made the right choice with this facility. He explained the diagnostics in a manner that was understandable and was extremely fair with the costs and time to fix this problem, as opposed to being quoted three extra weeks to wait and possible storage fees at other places. I have referred him to everyone I know and will only be taking my vehicles here from now on.
Update: I have returned to Juan with a few more problems and will be going here for oil service from now on. I have referred my sister, friends, and physicians at my work place. I cannot say enough good things about Juan and his team. He is professional, reliable, dependable, hardworking, honest, fair and understands completely the need to get my car in top shape for my safety and my daughter’s. The cost is fair and I never feel like he’s working to up-sell me for unnecessary parts or labor as other shops and chain centers have done.

I am always happy with the work they do on my cars . Recently I was having problems with my truck made the mistake of going somewhere else just gave my money away they kept guessing bad.... bad mistake I found my way back here and left my truck in the morning by noon my truck was fix and found out nothing of what I fix before was needed you want a honest mechanic come here.

Juan was absolutely kind and truly honest of what work needed to be done for my vehicle.. nothing at this time, but suggestions for the future!, as compared to other shops who stated otherwise. Highly recommend this place.
