CJ's Roofing was very easy to work with and highly dependable. Once contacted we set up an inspection, free estimate and provided a very reasonable price for the project. Basically I needed three base roof jacks replaced which had been damaged by critters. CJ's even managed to match the current color of my shingles. Fantastic job...looks great!

CJ'S ROOFING did an amazing job on my roof. I called them, and they came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I was under a bit of pressure to get it done because my insurance wanted to cancel my home owners insurance if I didn't get it replaced by end of the month. Carlos was very professional and courteous, My husband had a stroke and I was handling alot of things at once and he made the process simpler by giving me and my husband peace of mind that it would get done and gave me all the paperwork I needed to show my insurance so that my policy would not be canceled. My roof came out beautiful. My neighbors commented how nice it looked and also how fast they did the job. I would definitely recommend CJS ROOFING if you need a roof or repairs.

Carlos was quick to respond when asking for a quote and ensured my questions were answered. We had a very tight schedule as the home was an Airbnb and his team was able to deliver.

If you are looking for quality roof work, exceptional service, and do not have time to worry whether your roofer is going to cut corners and just simply slap on a roof, then hire CJ’s Roofing. I contacted five roofers prior to calling CJs Roofing. All insisted to know how much money my insurance company paid to replace my roof, claimed they would bill my insurance directly for any and all extra cost, and charged me between $22,000 and $23,000 dollars, requiring half the money up front.
Carlos, the owner of CJs Roofing, met with me after I contacted him and after thoroughly inspecting my roof, sat with me and wrote in detail all that I wanted in a new roof. Despite the large size of my historical home, I was in disbelief yet totally content with the low price he offered to replace both my house and garage roofs with the best material and highest quality shingles I wanted. I was also somewhat relieved that Carlos did not require any money up front and preferred that I pay him at the end of the job.
Carlos stuck to his word and started and ended the work at the time he specified. His eight men crew finished my large house and garage roof in two days and did a wonderful job cleaning my yard of all debris. Two days later I decided that I wanted to extend a part of a ridge vent. I called Carlos and despite installing the ridge vent the way I wanted it in the beginning, Carlos himself came out the next day and extended my ridge vent at no additional cost. Many if not most roofing companies would not have given you the time of day after getting paid.
An interesting note to all of this. At the end of the job, I handed Carlos an envelope containing cash and asked him to count it. Carlos chose not to count it, simply stating, “I trust you.” His trust in me showed me that it was not about greed {money} but rather my satisfaction with his work.
I highly recommend CJs Roofing. Give him a chance to prove to you that you too will be extremely satisfied with the quality of his work, his professionalism, and the more than fair price I know he will offer you. His estimates and the time spent with you is free.

Needed a roof leak fixed quickly at my mother’s house since it was already dripping through the ceiling, Carlos was prompt, fair, reasonable and did a quality job. Even working in the rain to get it done.

Overall we were very satisfied with the quality of service and communication that we received. Would recommend.

Promptly responds to email queries (via web form on their website). I set the day and time for an estimate. Carlos showed up on time and checked out my roof with a drone. He was able to id problems right away. He and his teammate provided an estimate and timeframe for repairs. It was a small fix and they were able to get it done during the same visit! Again, Carlos provided pictures of what was fixed and gave follow up instructions. A++. Would use CJ’s Roofing again.

I was so concerned that I couldn’t get someone quick and affordable enough to fix the leak on my roof because a big storm was coming. Not only did Carlos come on the same day. But he and his helper were totally professional , knowledgeable and price was so afforable that I had no need to get 3 bids that I normally get. I hired him and he did not let me down. CJ Roofing is by far an amazing roofing company. I had a roofing leak from the exhaust vent. He literally arrived the next day (it was raining the day I called) gave me an estimate and had the problem fixed within 1 hr. He also had to replace plywood and some other things. They will do whatever they can to get to you and address your needs. This is the only company I will call for my roofing needs.

I called CJ’s Roofing regarding a leak from the roof. Carlos told me he would be out to inspect the roof the following day. He showed up found the area where the leak was and made the repairs to the rubber boot around the vent pipe. He told me he would check the other vent pipes for any damage. HIGHLY recommend! Great customer service, great quality work, quick responses, affordable/competitive pricing, and fast scheduling. I contacted them Tuesday and was able to have service complete by Thursday morning (with pictures and updates throughout). Not a single complaint!

Carlos with CJ Roofing, was very helpful with my minor leak coming from a vent pipe. Not only did he fit the leak, he siliconed the heater vent and caulked exposed nails on the ridge. He also took pictures of all the vent pipes and inspected my entire roof.

I am completely satisfied with the work CJ's Roofing did on the garage leak at my home.

I can't say enough things about CJ's Roofing and repair. I first met the owner (Carlos) when I noticed that one of my roof vents was damaged, after calling several roofing companies and being told that it would be 2 or 3 days before they could come out.

*Sympathetic: When I contacted CJ's, I was surprised when the owner (Carlos) told me that he would be at my house in 20 minutes.

*Honesty: While on the roof he found that I had lots of hail damage. He told me that it would make no sense for me to pay for a partial fix, it would be cheaper for me to do a temporary fix and file a claim with my insurance company for hail damage, which I did that same day.

*Communication: Carlos and I kept in touch, and he quickly responded to my questions and concerns before and after my claim was approved, he quickly ordered material, which was delivered on 6/27, his crew competed roof replacement on 6/29.

*Professionalism: CJ's crew members were great, very friendly, and professional, I was impressed by how hard they worked and their attention to detail. They took care of my property and cleaned up behind themselves.

*Overall, I'm very happy with the job that CJ's Roofing did for me, my new roof looks great. So, if you are looking for a roofing company to do a repair or complete roof replacement, I would highly recommend that you give CJ's Roofing a call.
