Ingram Transit Center

This place is the best if you have kids and are waiting for your next bus... My kiddos, legit, want to come here for fun, even when we don't have anywhere to be. Lol. Fine with me! Free fun is the best kind! And they have late night security and indoor waiting which is also ideal when you're out with the littles after dark. 😊

I pick up my son most evenings from the transit center. I feel very safe due to transit police in the parking area and the area is very clean.

Convenient Place to catch the buses, Good parking, well seating areas, lockable bike storage, restrooms and security guard to keep the peace and safety👍

It’s very convenient and individuals needs are met who use the transit center for transportation needs! Distract center is even getting bigger with more businesses surrounding it making convenient for necessary things of daily life!

I just want to say there is nothing like a safe ride to look for a job work or an apartment or home. It just takes long for buses to connect, although I'm glad that I can save money on gas so I could fix up my van my dad left me. Thank you to all for being respectable. To all that just pass by and keep going knowing that I'm sitting there you all need to regroup your thinking patterns. So rude and top of being homeless fighting for my properties and being attacked and thrown outta my properties I don't appreciate that. Showers and water or coffee in the mornings would be a great addition to all transit centers. A great deal of ideas I have to upgrade. Bad attitudes and drivers with those once again need to rethink people's schedules and circumstances. Just because your friend -my ex significant other calls you and tells you to make me miss my appointments for a money cut? Really?! We let you move on and don't seek to kill you when you wanna see someone new. Stop your bad behaviors. That's not your friend and your not being a friend by going along with his scandal to sabotage me. It truly isn't funny. Truly concerned, "Julie AnnaValadez"."

I come to the Ingram Transit Center often as a transfer point between destinations, and I've never had an issue here. The public facilities are well maintained and the staff is helpful and polite. Fantastic place to rest for a transfer!

534 Bus left a before time. I was right there. Having trouble breathing so I could not walk fast enough to knock on window. It is not right. I was at the end of the bus when he pulled out. The transit center is clean.

The Ingram Transit Center is extremely secure no matter what incidents occur in the surrounding areas. Security is provided and VIA drivers are safety conscious with time adherence. Buses are clean and rides enjoyable. I highly recommend using this facility often.

This transit center has employees,security guard included, that seem to enjoy where they work. Helpful and pleasant the entire time. You can also jump on the bike trail very easily from there.

A very pretty, clean facility, adjacent to the Leon Creek Greenway/bike trail. Plenty of seating, clean restrooms, vending machines. Outdoor play area for children.

Never had a problem here in all my years. Has access to the trailway that is very popular. At night, there can sometimes be few of homeless and drunks/junkies. But really late night is dangerous

Place was clean as can be and has a couple snack machines to get stuff from. Also has a water fountain and indoor resting area to wait for the bus. Pretty nice, in my opinion

Cleanest restrooms of all transit centers, at least Monday-Friday. I see that lady scrub those floors daily. Sad that some customers treat the staff ugly and they just have to smile and take it. Very sweet lady at the window for ticket sales. If the place was dirty from the evening, that janitor lady gets on it right away. I feel safe with her cleaning. Both ladies have been there a long time. I think Heidi is the ticket sales and Susan is the cleaning lady. Great job from both of them.
