I drove all the way in from Austin to pick up a car I had been speaking to the owner about for over a week through text. I got here and the front desk girl laughed when I asked her for it, telling me she sold it two hours prior to me getting there. I had texted the owner thirty minutes beforehand that i was on my way. The girl laughed and said I could look at other cars if I wanted- i drove 2 hours for nothing, idk how that was funny. Very unprofessional. The least they could’ve done was told me when they sold it to make my way back home and not have me finish the drive all the way to SA.

Not helpful still waiting for phone call after about a week or two ago and nothing yet and they have nothing but very high milage cars if they don't want to help tell us instead of beating the bush about it
