A wonderful neighborhood pharmacy! The office was designed with a very warm atmosphere and it is very clean. Service is very professional with incredible customer experience. Valerie, the owner and pharmacist, is very knowledgeable and helps you get the best prices. She is very friendly and takes her time to answer any questions you may have. A trustable pharmacy with great prices and incredible services.

My insurance doesn't cover my accutane, period! And every other pharmacy around me charges $600+ for a month supply. Pharmacy Toi got my month supply down so low it shocked me! I'm from KY and my prescription got to me the VERY next day not to mention the lady I spoke on the phone with was super nice and helpful. Love it!

On a business trip to Irving and had to go to the Emergency Room on MacArthur Blvd. for shoulder pain. I needed to get a scrip filled and in the next parking lot over was this pharmacy.

Met the pharmacist, Valerie, and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Turns out she actually compounds specialized prescriptions right there. When was the last time you saw that?

She is focused on wellness and can help men and women over 40 to keep healthy including a specialty in sexual wellness meaning balancing out testosterone and progesterone in men and women. That's important as you age.

Valerie took the time to explain a lot of things for me regarding my prescription and if I lived in this area she would be my preferred pharmacist as you just don't get that personal touch from the big chains. I can't recall the last time I had a actual conversation with another pharmacist.

Plus she has home delivery available. Store is clean and well lit and Valerie is anxious to serve her customers professionally and thorough.

This pharmacy functions how every pharmacy dreams of functioning. This business texts me every time I have a prescription to refill. Then, all I have to do is give them a quick call, talk to a real person to verify some details, and the meds ship to my house for free in 2-3 days. It doesn't get any better than that!

Ive never had a pharmacy that reminds me of the neighborhood pharmacy I grew up with until I walked through the doors here and met the Pharmacist and Owner Valerie!!! She goes out of her way to help any of her customers!! I am forever grateful and a dedicated customer!! Great customer service and she always has everything you need!!!

I want to give a huge shout out to Pharmacy Toi in Irving. As I am always rushing from one place to another to fit in everything (who isn’t!) I called in a refill on a prescription, they filled it the same day and I rushed by on my break to pick it up, so happy to get it the same day! I did not check it and did not realize until late that night I was the wrong item, again my fault! I called the next day to tell them what happened and get the correct item, they informed me they could not take it back, but could fill my needed item, obviously I was upset by my rush and mistake, but again thankful they could fill the correct one so quickly. When I arrived to pick up, I was frustrated by my mistake and was very surprised when the pharmacist said they would dispose of the incorrect item and refund my money, even though they did nothing wrong they made it right for me and I can not express how thankful I am for their awesome customer service.. made my day!!

This pharmacy always has the best prices without any hassles. Our meds are delivered from TX to KY within one day. Amazing customer service!

The pharmacist is amazing!

Please do not do business with this pharmacy, I ordered a medication that was supposed to be delivered by a certain date before I would be leaving out of town. When the date came I called and they said the package wasn’t going to arrive the date it was promised. At this time, I asked them to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t be cause the medication had already been shipped and they refused to reimburse me even though by the time the medication arrived it was going to be too late and I would no longer need it, they basically said that was not their problem… do not do business with this company!!! They only look out after themselves and could care less about the customer..
