I had been trying to contact the new electronics store next door for quite some time with no luck. Frustrated, I called Shoe Story, and Kimberly’s exceptional customer service truly exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to assist me. Based on this fantastic experience, I wholeheartedly recommend shopping at Shoe Story for their outstanding customer service.

As a person with orthopedically veeerrrry interesting feet - it is so so so so so difficult to find shoes that fit, are somewhat stylish and are COMFORTABLE. I explained what I was looking for and when I tell you that Shoe Story has some of the sweetest most helpful and accommodating employees!!!! Hannah and Eliott helped me today and they introduced me to a shoe brand I did not know about. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, I mean it! What a good surprise!! I actually started CRYING for a moment today because these shoes felt so good - and Hannah and Elliott were so genuinely caring and sweet - I can't even tell you what a big deal this was to me today. <3 <3 <3

This makes shoe shopping so easy!!! My little brother has a wide foot and its very annoying to go to 5 different shoe carnivals, shows, and departments to find a wide childrens shoe. For this, we walked in, he got measured, and she showed us some shoes he might like. He found the perfect pair and was very happy with the purchase. They have so many options in adult amd children’s shoes. Absolute best shoe store ever.

The sales lady was super wonderful. My husband and I bought our son his first pair of shoes. She made it so easy. She was quick and efficient! My little one had so much fun while he was there. Thank you Shoe Story for making our first time show shopping with my baby easy and enjoyable! :)

We had such a wonderful experience shopping for my sons first pair of shoes... the attendant (KH is what our receipt said was the cashier cause we didn't catch her name) was so helpful. She was so patient and kind to my son and let us try on as many shoes and we wanted. We had a great and memorable time, and learned that they sell mens and womens shoes too, so we will definitely be back to give them more business!

We have been using them for the past few years for our oldest son. Now we will get shoes for my toddler as well. The ladies there are always VERY nice and OVERLY patient as we try on shows trying to find just the right one. The shoes do cost more than cheap shoes at Walmart but they last a lot longer. You will by 2 or 3 cheap pairs from Walmart to last as long as shoe story. Basically you will pay the same by the time all is said and done.

Great customer service. Salesperson weng out of their way to help us find shoes for my 11 year old daughter. Though we did not buy this time. We will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
