Amazing Lash Studio

The place was really nice and well kept, and the staff were so nice and welcoming! My stylist Valencia was very nice and patient (I was late due to traffic and she was still able to get me in) Valencia did an amazing job on my lashes she only took about 2 hours and they came out great and exactly how I wanted them! I highly recommend her and this place!

Master stylist got me together gave me multiple lengths and volume to achieve my look! I love my lashes. She was so professional and accommodating

Shannon I believe was the name of the girl that I had - she’s new and she’s fabulous! I made a last minute appointment - I travel and love amazing lash studio. She was so helpful. I’ve been on a streak of trying to figure out what I want my lashes to look like, and she helped me so much and gave me the oomph my lashes needed and went above and beyond with her service
and her understanding. She truly cared and I really appreciated that.

Yesterday when I went to my appointment I was prepared to cancel my membership. I've been struggling to find a new stylist since Covid-19 procedures were put into place. Unfortunately my old stylist did not return when salon restrictions were lifted. I am happy to report I found my new person!! Janet did such an amazing job on my lashes and I feel like I have the "Wow" factor once again! If you're looking for a new stylist I highly recommend her! She is GREAT and very talented!!

Kyesha was AMAZING!!! She was so friendly and walked me through the whole process as it was my first time. She made me feel right at home. The vibe was very calming. I definitely will be back!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars this location was so clean and EVERYBODY was so welcoming!

This was my first time getting my lashes done and I had an amazing first experience. Every question and concern I had about getting them done we’re answered and assured. The process was so soothing and comfortable it didn't even feel like an hour went by. Ask for Kaitlin!

Kyesha is INCREDIBLE! She always makes sure I’m comfortable and makes my lashes look perfect! I have very sparse, small natural lashes, but every time I get them done here, you would never be able to tell. I always get compliments on my lashes. I’m so happy with my lashes!! Before coming here I had some on that were falling apart the next day. I found Kyesha and she was so kind and did a great job. Highly recommend going here. No red eyes, no itching or anything.

*Update* I received a call from the owner right after poating this as a 1 star review. She promised to refund my money & make changes. I appreciate that people make mistakes and am always willing to give someone another try when they work to make things right. I will go back and hope that they have made changes to their process. 👏

I am sad to say that I am terribly disappointed in the management of this salon. I loved my stylist, but when I attempted to INCREASE my membership, the manager got it all messed up and I was over charged. After MUCH discussion, I cancelled my membership & she agreed to refund my money... But never did. There are literally lash studios on every corner now, and this is a luxury item... Customer service is paramount! I don't like to give bad reviews unless and until I have tried several ways to resolve the issue directly. So buyer beware!

*Updated Post* - I erased my original text and replaced it with the following (if you want to skip why the review was originally a 1-star review and see why I changed it to a 5-star review, read the last two short paragraphs):

I originally posted a 1-star review, not because of the quality of work done on my wife's lashes, but because I got double-charged on my wife's visit, was told they had voided the second charge even when I proved the second charge had *not* been voided, was told there was nothing they could do because their system said it was voided and to take it up with my bank, and was told my bank's (Bank of America) system was the one with the error, not theirs. All of this took place over a couple of weeks. I was told several times that a manager would call me back but no manager ever did until I posted a 1-star review. Upon posting, I had a phone call within 10 minutes. That phone call I received was from who I *thought* was the manager (I found out later that the *real* manager was out on maternity leave) but instead was an acting manager while the real manager was out. This "acting manager" had clearly never been in a management position before. She took the side of her staff and agreed that they had done nothing wrong, agreed that the transaction had been voided, and told me that my bank was the problem, not their system. After she told me these things, I explained to her that pending transactions, if correctly voided, will eventually vanish like they never happened, explained they won't post as cleared, and explained that once a transaction has cleared, it has to be refunded. I explained that I had shown proof of the cleared transactions to her front office staff about a week after my wife's initial visit. Then I took screenshots of all of my posted transactions and sent them to her, showing that they had *definitely* cleared and *definitely* not been refunded/voided. She said she'd take a couple of days to research it, which was fine by me (it was much better than the other answers I was getting). A day or two later, I was contacted by the real manager. This person was MUCH more understanding and acted like you'd expect an actual manager to act. She took full responsibility for the actions of her employees, the actions of her acting manager, agreed with me that my transaction had clearly never been voided, and then she said she was going to refund not only the incorrect transaction, but also refunded the original cost of service as well since my wife and I had endured such an unnecessary inconvenience (my wife and I had spent several hours on the phone with the front office staff, in person in their store, on the phone with the bank, on the phone with the acting manager, the manager, etc.). And no, the manager did not ask me to update my review with a better rating.

I updated my original 1-star review and changed it to 5 stars because of two things: one, the work they did on my wife's lashes was actually the best she's seen, and two, the actual manager of the store, who was still out on maternity leave, took the time out of her maternity leave to contact me and to set things right.

If you're looking to get your lashes done and want amazing results, this place lives up to its name (Amazing Lash Studio). I'm hoping the manager has more thoroughly trained her staff on her system's intricacies so that my situation will never happen to another client.

Kyesha was amazing. She was sweet, quick and very gentle. It was my first time getting lashes and it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

I recently got a fill that I wasn't completely happy with. I definitely believe the person is more than capable of doing amazing work, I think upper management probably rushed her into it to quickly. That being said, i absolutely give this location a 5 star rating because Sierra at the front desk is truly amazing! She immediately resolved my concerns in a very kind and professional way. She scheduled me for a correction with my go-to stylist, Alondra, and she did a fantastic job as always!! I was so impressed with Sierra's quick problem solving and I hope she becomes a stylist soon!! Thank you Sierra and Alondra!!
