Oh, well..my last visit is tough to grade! Over many years I developed the habit to stop by at this location after work (I am in sales) just to get my mind in wright set before getting back home, and sure, being hungry, I was buying whatever attracted my attention! Bad timing, hah? Still, I never spent crazy amount of money over there, just because the store had very affordable pricing! ..had? This location is about to be out of business, I never liked things like that😔anyway, seems like I just posted my 5 stars goodbye!😭

Anastasia in the bakery dept helped me make selections for a custom birthday cake and it was a big hit for our 87 year old friend. Delicious and artfully designed! Thank you Anastasia!!

This location is closing but the Albertsons on Glade Road (Glade & 121) is rebranding as Tom Thumb

Sarah M. was kind and patient & helped me get through self checkout. There are lots of good deals & coupons and Ithis was another good experience .Great store.

They completely remodeled the interior of Tom Thumb. It's brighter, more open, they have relocated several isles of food, think the store is laid out better.

A really nice grocery store. It's clean and stuff is easy to find. I got a tasty rotisserie chicken that my kids really enjoyed for dinner. The self-checkout lane is smaller than other stores. With the membership card, I saved some $$.

Very nice store with a clean atmosphere.... great meat selection and fresh veggies. Tom Thumb can be a little more expensive than a Wal Mart but it's well worth it for the quality especially in the seafood and meat department. Had to run in to grab some last minute things for a bday party and ended up picking up some bacon wrapped shrimp that turned out perfectly 😊

This by far is like a one of the nicest Tom Thumbs I have been in. Other then the one in Dallas in the Oak Lawn area.. Atmosphere is nice friendly staff and easy to find items there setup is most definitely appreciated, it just makes sense!

Sadly just like everywhere else they're short style but the customer service that I got while I was there was amazing. Are Gramps day even for a place that has shorts. They hoped with a smile and try to do the best they could. Every management was amazing now they're worth your voice walking around like they didn't see me when I needed help. But overall I got two questions asked by. He'll come to find out the person in the apartment I went to lunch but the managers came almost running to my age not even knowing that they have been requested yet call didn't come out in 2 he got there. But still pass workers were smiling and very helpful I watched when juggle three different station and need help at once and check out she was amazing and I'm going to call the company to let them know that Miss Sarah the wonderful job

Darren in meat department was really helpful and pleasant to converse with. He's a top notch employee and really made my shopping experience more enjoyable.

The sale to Sunfresh, then Albertsons, seriously defamed my beloved Tom Thumb location. Still friendly and comfortable, the purposeful neglect by Sunfresh and the afterthought attention of Albertsons, hasn't helped this location recover its concierge-like glory.

Pro's: Still excellent lighting throughout, not too harsh and definitely not shadowy. Great deli, meat counter, floral and produce section. Friendly staff. Love the alcove.

Con's: The whole remodeling the cafe and front area to look like Albertson's spirit shop and a staging area - YUCK and not welcoming. The merchandise display effort lacks (before the sale it was terrific). You have to check expiration dates on all perishables in fridge and freezer cases, but this is way improved with Albertson's umbrella versus the Sunfresh management. I miss the check out help that was always available to bag and offered to walk you out (this is improving though and it was such a lovely thing early-Tom Thumb did).

Friendly associates, they know everything is, and if they don't know they ask someone, lots of varieties of fresh produce and meats. I asked for as special cut of meat and it was done not questions asked and was delicious when we make our roast. Great place to keep shopping at.

Was able to find all that I was looking for. A friendly attendant was extremely helpful and pointed me to exactly where items were. The cashier was also very understanding, patient and efficient. Nice experience at this place.

My first experience shopping here: Immaculate store, well managed, great displays and organization, nice deli and bakery, shelves fully stocked all the way around, friendly/helpful employees. Switching from their store on Green Oaks to this one. We can come during off peak/non rush shopping times and it's the same driving distance. I can absolutely recommend this store.

Bought my Christmas groceries there. Found that their prices are not as expensive as I thought. The store is neat and clean. Good selection of products. Everything I needed was in stock.

This is our favorite Tom Thumb! The people who work here are just so nice and personable. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. It is always clean and organized, no matter when we go. We are so glad they came back to replace the Sun Market!
