Ask for Alex when you walk in. He will give you excellent and personal service. While others had to wait months to get the iPhone 15 Pro in white, he got us one in just 3 days.

The most helpful woman works here. Literally spent over a hour trying to get my number ported from ATT. Hit every roadblock imaginable and we still got it figured out and she never once looked or acted like she was annoyed or over it. 10 out of 10. Clean store too. After all that I ma go next door to mattress firm and get in trouble for trying to get away with a nap. Lol.

All staff was great! Julie was extremely helpful putting my screen protector as well as helping me walk though the purchase of a watch!

After 20yrs with you guys I’m out. My last store visit, was almost horrific but thanks too Braxton Thomas I have some restored faith in you guys. You need more employees like him.

Customer service is on point. Just be patient and wait until they help those who arrived before you. We needed to make a payment. No difficulty at all. I don't want to get too specific due to the climate we're living in. Great location.

Came in on 09/16 around 1:30pm and was provided amazing customer service by Alex. He was very patient and detailed. I appreciate how he remained focused, while the rest of the staff goofed off. There were at least two other customers in the store who should’ve been attended. This five star rating is for Alex only. I will definitely ask for him the next time I come in.

Erica was amazing in helping me get another phone. she was patient and extremely helpful. Made a bad day, go a little better. Good stuff.

Erika, Yaminha, and Julie are a DREAM TEAM🔥 they were all so sweet and made the process of getting my new phone so smooth. i swear no apple store in DFW had the pink iphone 15, i called everywhere…and somehow Erika pulled it off and walked out with one i couldn’t believe it! they walked us through all of our payment options and plan coverage, and answered every question with confidence and respect. these ladies know what they’re doing! you’re in good hands at this store.

I was a first time T-mobile customer walking in yesterday, and I think I will stick with them forever after the service I received from Lydia. I explained my issues I had had with previous carriers (AT&T & Verizon) and she was very compassionate and helpful, making sure that I was satisfied as a new customer. She was absolutely amazing to work with and I will come back to that store just for her. Really really great customer service all around.

The best and most customer friendly branch in Dallas, trust me over been to mostly so of them and most of the ppl are not helpful or friendly. Braxton was hilariously informative which helped my experience a ton. Leroy also went above and beyond to help. These guys are the best...and deserve a raise.

Love this T-Mobile store every time I come in the sales associates are very helpful. Mike the sales associate was very patient, kind. He was helpful with getting me a new phone, getting my phone set up, he is knowledgeable of the phone in a very pleasant attitude. I have never had a experience at this T-Mobile store!

Braxton was extremely helpful during my last visit to T-Mobile. I am a new account holder and needed to pick up my new phone from the store. When I arrived, Braxton immediately introduced himself and offered to help me. I informed him that I needed to pick up and order. Braxton was fast and knowledgeable about the entire process. He was also very patient in assisting me transfer my information from my old phone to the new phone. Braxton reviewed my plan and confirmed the monthly pricing before I left, which was really helpful.
