Via International Vacation Hotels we booked and paid for a Studio Room in Belize City for 2 nights, we received a regular room. We were assured a refund would be issued. Approaching a month after the fact and despite numerous attempts we have yet to see a refund. I will go out of my way to avoid doing business with International Vacation Hotels.

Guaranteed a reservation for my wife's birthday trip, only to cancel it 2 days later via email. I had already booked flights. The rep was rude and unhelpful. Bait and switch by showing fake rates. Don't use them.

pretty sure these guys stole my money! made a reservation through their website. hotel has no record of my reservation, thank god i checked ahead of time. Tried to contact the company to figure it out only to be ignored for days. Save your time and money DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!
