Today, I went to store Gowireless at Wylie and spoke to outstanding wireless consultant named Jordan. He greeted us immediately when we came in. He was kind and friendly and very helpful. He was very patience and explained all of our questions. He was able to transfer all my info to my new cellphone. Thank you for his services

Jordan helped me free up a lot of space on my cell and got rid of apps that I don't use and solved a problem with hot spot. Daniella was a lot of help too. I can always count on the people at this location to help and solve my problem. Great store!!

Antanio S. Was very helpful and patient. He stayed an hour late and made sure everything was perfect. I was with sprint and he made me feel great about the transfer and Verizon's great coverage and plans. I had to straight from work and was muddy and stinky (I work for a tiger rescue) he wasn't frustrated about the mess or haven't to stay late. Great place

Juan Ponce was truly the best customer representative that helped me start my Galaxy S6 Edge. He kindly walked me through the phone, hooked me up with a tablet and gave me his full undivided attention. The person below me Shelby well you need to first get your facts straight. First off it was one rep handling 2 customers and the girl your are referring 2 was a customer you idiot. I was there and I go to this store all the time. You really through a tantrum for nothing. Seems you have no life considering you wrote a novel. I am a regular customer. Awesome experience at this location. Was having issues with my email on my att phone and Louis was kind enough to help me with it for two days. I gave up the second day and brought my number over to Verizon. Come see Louis and his team

I recently decided to upgrade my archiac Windows phone. Bought pixel 2 on line and found the data transfer dosent work with my dinosaur. Tried to restore my contacts from Verizon backup assist. Spent two days messing with Verizon support never could get the Verizon cloud on my new phone or retrieve my contacts. Went to this store and Jordan P figured out a way to transfer my contacts for me. He had such patience and persevered where the support team could not. The heck with the Verizon cloud but if you have technical challenges Jordan is your guy!

Always very helpful. Let you know if theres something you can adjust on your account to make it more affordable. And a better value on accessories than the Verizon store.
