Love it! FHU 30/50amp long gravel spaces. It’s brand new... Laundry on site. Dollar General next door, convenient to Gainesville and Whitesboro. The owner is super nice... He just built a huge doggy park and has some fruit and flower trees planted. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

I have lived here over 6 months...I love the place and the people here are pleasant. The owner is doing a remarkable job making changes to the place..it's affordable and within walking distance to the dollar store. For those who are starting out on there own....I definitely recommend this place as a new start....

Nice lil place nestled in the country. Not far from casino , great view of the stars , convient dog park , dollar store & convenient store right across the street.

Rates are super cheap , both rentals & rental spaces. Maintenance & management is very nice and accommodating. They turned the heat on for me a few hours before my arrival , then checked on me shortly after to make sure all was well.

Highly recommended, quite & clean!

Awesome new little RV park! Stopped in for a night while driving through. Clean, pretty quiet, has electric hook-ups. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area for a night or extended stay. Tony the owner was great! Very friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Prices weren't bad either.

Very nice park in the early stages of construction but a nice location. Owner is very nice and accommodating. I will be staying here for all of my visits to work in the area.
