The Spa at II Creeks

I’ve been going to get pedicures here for about a year now. It’s been such a great experience! I recently had the hot stone massage pedicure and it was supremely relaxing!! I’ll definitely get this again. Colors are fun and plenty of new OPI colors and even retired colors that are classics to select from. Scheduling is easy too! I request a few dates and they are usually available. The office calls back to schedule and all are ready to accept your appointment when you walk in. Everyone is SO friendly and are so pleasant. I truly won’t go anywhere else! They accept spa gift cards (like what you get from the grocery store) which is fantastic! Call and check with them before you use the gift cards just in case, though. The spa is very relaxing 💗

We headed to this spot to celebrate a gf’s birthday. What a way to start the day! Easy check in.. we were escorted to the back quickly, completed our forms, whilst sipping an adult beverage… AMAZING. The services were TOP Notch!! This is the first time I’ve ever felt like they actually heard me! I survived breast cancer, but my poor body forever altered… and she was amazing and let me adjust and move as much as I needed to be comfortable. These services are expensive.. everywhere, but at least I paid and got exceptional service!!! Worth it, and will be back as long as their doors are open!! Can’t wait to book the next outing with the girls or maybe JUST ME. 🎉🎉🥰

I recently sent two of my staff members for a special occasion. The Spa at II Creeks is definitely a spa we will be referring people to. Professional from the time you walk in. They definitely made this occasion special.

I can not wait to go back for another Facial and Wax!!! The best experience ever. Walked in and greeted by friend front desk and Alla was amazing! The most relaxing atmosphere in the area.

I was in town and found the Spa. It's a delight. Everyone is nice and my massage was just what I needed. I would definately be a regular if I lived in Dallas

There aren't enough stars. My boss gave me a FULL spa day with a facial, massage, and pedicure with lunch. Best facial I've ever had. And my massage therapist, Celene, asked if I wanted a "heavy hand" and when I told her that I did, she REALLY gave me a good steam rolling. Completely de-stressed. Will go back and will always highly recommend.

Had a facial today and it was a great experience. Was a little disappointed because they were out of distilled water and couldn’t do the steam portion of the facial.

I canceled an appointment here to go to a place with more availability for the services I wanted. My friend booked without asking me my preferences, so I booked a different business. Big mistake. The owner of the place had packed up a week before. Did not refund my deposit.

I came back to The Spa at II Creeks to sit with my friend enjoying her spa time, and every person I there did everything they could to get me in for a pedicure as a walk-in at the end of the day. I was floored. I will be back. Top notch customer service.

Wow. Picked this spa due to location for a girls weekend- we lucked out. I had a massage with Billie Jean and a facial with Alla. Both amazing! Alla is extremely talented and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the visit and will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

From the moment I walked in, I felt at peace and so welcomed! I am 39 weeks pregnant and wanted to get pampered before with a mani and pedi. Raquel was wonderful; so kind, gracious and really easy to chat with. I love my nails so much! I am definitely coming back for a massage!

Billie Jean is great! She worked WONDERS on my sore, stiff neck. Icing on the cake is a mimosa before your massage, so get there a little early!

Jennifer M. is such a joy to spend time with during a facial. I have very sensitive skin and she is a master of knowing exactly what my skin needs throughout the year. She is fantastic with waxing too. Everyone at the spa is lovely!

I have been going to this Spa for over a decade and they have always provided a wonderful and comfortable space to relax and every masseuse (female or male) I have had has been very good to excellent. And if you prefer one to the other check when you make your reservation to be sure they have a male or female working at that time. When you meet, communicate to your masseuse, before they start, what you enjoy... firm or gentle, areas to focus on. If there is something you don't like, for instance, using elbows for deep tissue, let them know. You won't be disappointed! Looking forward to going back!!

I've been coming to The Spa at II Creeks for almost a year now. I've only gotten facials here so I can't speak about their massage service. But I LOVE my facials. The facial technicians have worked there for several years and know what they're doing. after my first facial, my technician recommended a specific toner to use, which I later bought, and after using it for a few months, my face is way more smooth and hydrated. They also play calming, zen ambient music during your facial. The towel they provide has buttons at the top so you can feel comfortably secure that your towel won't slip, lol.
