The first day I walked into healthy hair salon, I had a very short hair and had no idea what I wanted to do. But Ms Kathy was so patient, kind and friendly with me. she gave my a few suggestions and styled my hair which came out so perfect. And I've been a regular customer ever since, and most times I allow her decide a perfect hair do for me. I won't forget to add that it's barely one year and my hair has grown longer and looking healthy. I strongly recommend Ms Kathy for her excellent services.

As a customer who has been coming here for years I am grateful for this shop. The staff is talented, on point with their braids, and easy to get along with. I enjoy my time here. The owner Ms. Kate is a very kind hearted and hands on. I remember braiding my hair and she joined in the process so I didn’t have to sit too long-That was truly amazing! Other places the owners just sat down locked up in their office or got busy with something else but she took the time to braid. Her braids are awesome!

This is a great place to get not just your hair done, but find some really beautiful African Fashion items. I found the perfect cloth for my new outfit with matching shoes and jewelry to go with. I had a special occasion and brought my entire party in for styles. We made an event out of it. The staff is so talented and sweet!. We looked fantastic and had a great time. Highly recommend. The barbers here are fashion model cute too :)

I came in today with my hair tangled like a birds nest due to not combing it out after taking my braids down. I thought for sure I had to cut my hair off. Kate took one look at my hair and said she could take care of it with her conditioner. She went to work on my hair and in minutes my knots were coming out. I'm so grateful I don't have to go back home bald to my husband, she handmade the conditioner herself which was so impressive to me. I will definitely be back again and again (without the nest next time).

I went in to buy fabric for head wrapping. There were many different styles to choose from. The shop was clean and uncluttered. The price for two head wraps was $35.
