Good sandwiches made consistently well(!!!). Lots of options at great prices. The afternoon guys do a good job, which is a rarity these days, so its extra appreciated. And the place is always clean. While getting excited for a sandwich seems like living under a rock, there's something to be said for consistently getting the job done and being on point every step of the way. Makes for a better meal experience.
I hate going to places that make you feel like a burden for showing up and I never feel that here.

Food is always made perfect much better then most I love the delivery. I always order from door dash it’s not always fast but I get their busy I still order because the food quality is as it should be . Literally my favorite restaurant :)

Not a big bread guy but the bread is delicious with these sandwiches. I always add salt n vinegar chips along with a big cookie. It's a fulfilling meal that's enjoyed!

It was pretty good. Nancy's knowledge of the menu was very helpful, and her sense of humor made my experience more enjoyable.

Thanks for remaining positive during the mad rush this evening due to the Door Dash deal. I was irritated at the wait time but I know these were unusual circumstances and I really appreciated the one team member taking lead to try and work through all the backed up orders. Hope y’all get praises from management for handling this situation as best as you could.

Oh Jimmy John's ! What can I say! You make the best freaky fresh sandwiches (apologies to my sister! :]) its uncanny that everytime I order the Turkey Tom its consistently perfect, a constant balance in all the ingredients!

I've been eating at this location for years and the food is always terrific. The only thing more impressive than the food is their top-tier staff and unbeatable service. When it comes to fast food, I believe most people have grown accustomed to being served by the unenthusiastic, humdrum husk of a person regurgitating the same "welcome to , what can I get for you?" Jimmy John's on 288 is the exception to that norm! I had the pleasure of interacting with Ben, who was bursting with charisma, personality, and useful information. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone genuinely pleasant and fun in an industry that is known for the opposite. Excellent work, Ben!

Once again, I received excellent customer service from this location. The food is always fresh, packaged well and delivery was fast. I had ordered incorrectly and called to ask if I could bring the sandwich back and the employee on the phone sent delivered another sandwich immediately. That is why I am a repeat customer. Love this place and their employees!

These cats absolutely crush yo. I was really not having a great day in general, but these hero’s turned it around. They make unbelievable sandwiches at lightning fast speeds. I was in and out of this establishment in under two minutes. One more thing. The restrooms are Legendary.

Always Fresh and Always Quick Delivery Service. Staff is very friendly and when they Deliver it's nice to have someone Positive no matter the weather and actually are courteous to say something that isn't just like most places are cue card readers. Great Team altogether.

I ordered Unwhich as we are Keto, it came CRAZY FAST, but it was in bread, I called back, Brice fixed it, and was super sweet about it, we are sold, JIMMY JOHNS forever

Best subs bar-none. Subway can't compete, noting the quality & quantity included without the extra coin Subway would have you dish out. Oh and the highly under-looked and frowned upon sales pitch of the century that's absent;
Child predators. Sorry Jared. Diet's don't count if the foundation is built upon stolen innocence.

My Cherry peppers were not forgotten like other locations and it was delivered freaky fast!!! Well worth my money. Definitely deserve the 5 stars😊

The Cubano is the bomb 💣 soo good .. Texas definitely needs real authentic Cuban food it's soo good .. but this sub is really good
