I recommend Smiles of Dripping Springs to every single parent who asks about braces. We could not be happier with our care across the spectrum…the scheduling and billing team up front, Christi with managing treatment plans, the team that works on their braces, and Dr Brunson, Dr Franklin and Dr Collins are all amazing and so great with their patients! They could not be nicer, easier to work with, or better at their jobs. I went to them because of their stellar reputation even knowing they were not in network for my insurance because it DOES NOT MATTER. The level of care and service cannot be beat. I only write reviews for businesses I truly love and this is one we appreciate caring for our kids so much.

My family's experience at this practice has been nothing short of amazing. All of the staff we have interacted with over the years have been helpful, kind, and efficient. The office is immaculate and perfectly designed for the pediatric population with all the nice, thoughtful touches for comfort you can imagine. Both of my kids are quite happy to come to their appointments both on the dentistry and orthodontic sides. My daughter required expander and early ortho intervention and we have been so pleased with her result. Pricing is transparent. We have only positive feedback to offer on this practice.

Well let me first start off by saying that the entire staff was beyond amazing! Jenna who took care of all our boys was so patient and kept reassuring my boys that she was proud of how well they were doing and just overall was just the sweetest. Then we got to meet Dr. Collin’s and he was just as sweet and beyond great with our boys, he really does have a magic touch with kids! Julie was also was super sweet and just making us feel very welcome!

This place is incredible. My daughter loves it here. She’s three she literally just got a filling and said I want to go back again and again and again lol the people are so sweet and also they walk my daughter through every step that they’re going to do which I totally love and appreciate she even got to watch a movie And finish it while they did her treatment. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend you take your kids here. They are so great.

Smiles goes above and beyond for their clients. My eldest daughter had her braces done here. When my son was born with a tied tongue, I called all the places my pediatrician recommended. No one could get us in. He couldn't eat. We were in a terrible place. Smiles was there for us. They squeezed us in. Dr. Collins took his time showing us what we were facing and easing our fears. Never was anything rushed. The procedure was done quickly. Our newborn barely cried. When we got home he could latch and eat.

Beyond that, the front desk staff and assisting staff are everything you dream of. They went above and beyond helping us work out our payment.

When Smiles says the treat people not just teeth, they mean it.

You will never find a cooler looking office with an arcade for kids waiting. Drinks for parents.

We will be back again and again. Finding a place like Smiles is rare.

This place is wonderful! My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist because the staff is so sweet and the place is decorated so adorably. One of my daughters has had issues with her teeth and they have never pushed me for intervention unless they felt like it was completely necessary. I trust their judgement completely!

My daughter received braces and treatment from Dr. Brunson. The entire process was simply the best in care, treatment and service. Ashley was our Orthodontic Asst. and she took phenomenal care of my daughter at every appointment. The end results were simply breath taking!! My daughter has a beautiful smile that she loves! The staff at Smiles of Dripping Springs did it all! They answered the phone. Called us back as needed. Took one on one time to welcome both our boys and showed them the fun themed (individual) patient care rooms making them comfortable and relaxed for their cleanings. From the front desk (Julie) to the hygienist (Jenna) and of course Dr Collins to the clean, inviting and super fun office space it was ALL just AMAZING!

I had an extremely complicated bite and schedule with school walking into Smiles, not only where they able to work with my schedule but I’m now leaving with a better Smiles than I could’ve ever imagined seeing myself with. Truly happy and impressed with their work!

Brought my daughter here for her first dentist visit, the staff and office blew my expectations out of the water. They made it such an easy and amazing experience, kept my daughter comfortable and were so friendly. Will absolutely be recommending to all of my friends with kiddos. They went above and beyond!

Last child in braces and Smiles of Dripping is by far the best experience we have had. Wish we had found them sooner. Kelli and Ashley are top notch and doctors so nice!!!

We visited a few orthodontists to find the right one for my daughters. One child has average - needed to be straightened teeth, but my other child had very large teeth, congenitally missing teeth and a very small mouth. Both my kids felt most comfortable with Dr. Franklin, Smiles of Dripping quotes were in the middle - not the lowest, not the highest. You feel the confidence of years of experience, not just with Dr. Franklin, but with his orthodontic assistants. Some of the other practices I visited did not portray that confidence. For my complicated kid, we did an expander, baby teeth extractions to create space (coordinating with our pediatric dentist (Dr. Regina Jensen,) and spacers. I am happy to report that both my children have their braces off, and my youngest was able to keep all her adult teeth. It was very close and I am not sure if I had chosen another orthodontist that would have been the case.
When you sign up with Smiles of Dripping, they will continue to support you after treatment is finished. They genuinely care for you or your children and the outcome and continued health of their teeth.
I chose another ortho for myself (solely due to cost,) to re-straighten some front teeth that had moved during my pregnancy years. Between the two experiences, I was left feeling unsure, questioning my treatment and ultimately made a visit myself to Ashley in Dr. Franklin’s office for permanent retainers because my orthodontist would not make them for me. I’m thankful I chose Smiles for my kids.

Wonderful office! Dr. Brunson is a great orthodontist who puts so more care and detail into his patients. I had an orthodontic consultation that was very detailed. I was told I had to get teeth pulled and felt nervous about that process. The whole staff made me feel a lot better about having to get teeth removed and Dr. Collins was able to take my teeth out. I had a very short healing process and honestly barley any pain. Once my teeth were out and gums had healed it was time to get my braces. Every 6-8 weeks I visit this office and have made friends with the staff and truly feel a family vibe I didn’t feel at other offices I tried before. I highly recommend Smiles of Austin or Dripping Springs. From the Drs to the staff and anyone in between you won’t be disappointed.

Adding to my review my brother also went through orthodontics and just got his braces off with Dr. Franklin and Ashley and it was a great experience. From start to finish it was a smooth ride and he is so happy and confident with his new smile. We both LOVE our smiles and are so happy we found Smiles and Dr. Brunson and Dr. Franklin (and all the wonderful ladies in the office who help schedule, assist the doctors, and so much more.

Dr. Collins and Nicki took care of my daughter (age 3) this month. We had been to see two pediatric dentists previously and both had insisted that there was no way to work on her mouth without the use of general anesthesia. I didn't understand why we would put her little body throughbthat without a trial. I thought we had a good chance with her temperament of getting the work done without GA and Dr. Collins agreed, but on the day of treatment I was starting to feel silly for pressing the issue and was feeling much kess confident.
Guys, I can't tell you what an positive experience this was for us. She barely knew anything was happening at all. They were sweet and gentle and super patient. She didn't like the funny feeling in her face when it was over, but it wasn't a deal breaker because she came back two weeks later to watch trolls and get her bravery prize. A few days ago she piped up from the back seat of the car to tell me how fun it all was and that we should "do it again sometime."

Last week I brought our older daughter in to have her braces put on. Everyone was absolutely lovely and it's been a very positive experience for her so far.
